Had eight(five adults and three kids) and felt like we were last on the server’s list for attention. The chicken fried steak was ok, but the gravy was over spiced. I was last here a year ago. I am told the chef has changed, sadly not for the better.

Always love Vintage. Great food and service. Previous manager has left but it’s still an amazing place. Maybe even better.

So many flies!!! I can handle 1 or 2 but 10 – 15 flies that’s just too much. Couldn’t enjoy my lunch. The burger with tomato bun was real good, the sweet potato fries were soggy. Not sure I would go back, nothing to brag about.

I have visited several times. The atmosphere is pretty cool, I love the idea of it. It’s very nice to sit outside on a nice evening & enjoy a drink. However the food has been a bit of a disappointment more than once but has also been really good so because of inconsistency I’ll give 3 stars. When it’s good it’s good but when your chicken & waffle comes out burned or your fish & chips come out raw it’s just a disappointment :(They do have an amazing dish that’s good every time so if you go you have to try it «bananas foster pudding» And honestly it is probably worth it to just go have the pudding, a drink & enjoy the atmosphere & just have your dinner elsewhere!

They are recently under new management and so far I’m not too impressed. We went today for lunch and were disappointed to find out is it now brunch only until 3 pm on Saturdays… Waitress asked management if they could make a simple grilled cheese sandwich w/a chicken breast(we went there specifically for this!) that is normally on the lunch menu & we were told no, even though regular grilled cheese is offered at any time on the kids menu Another example of why they couldn’t leave well enough alone!

Oh the food was great and a nice little vintage car museum. The service was some of the best I have ever had. Not to far from Fort Worth if you’d like to come visit.

Really enjoy the food every time. Great atmosphere, menu variety, great cocktails with a few different beers on tap/wine options, as well. The restaurant is housed in what used to be an old auto shop and there is a car museum attached to it. The patio is great especially when the weather is nice and they typically do live music on weekend nights. I have been here quite a few times and ordered something different the majority of the time and there hasn’t been anything I wouldn’t order again! The menu caters to a lot of different people/eating styles with really fresh salads as one option and the largest chicken fried steak I have ever seen as another option. One of the coolest things about this place though is the free car museum attached to the restaurant! If you are waiting for your table or want to walk off your meal after you can check out some really cool cars, including a prototype car that isn’t even street legal, one of the cars used in «The Godfather», a taxi used in the«Pearl Harbor» movie, one of Lyndon B. Johnson’s cars and more!

I went here today with my best friend on a miniature road trip to downtown Weatherford. We wanted to visit this unique little place and were pleasantly surprised at the adorable atmosphere. The restaurant is located at the site of an old auto shop, and it feels vintage and charming. We sat on the porch and waited a bit too long for someone to come, but once the waiter did he was friendly and efficient. I had to ask him to clean the table however, it was sticky and had a dried bug but that’s what we get for sitting on the porch. I ordered the eggs Benedict off the brunch menu and my friend ordered a hamburger. The eggs were beautifully seasoned, a wonderful flavor to them also and the bread. My main complaint is that the salad that accompanied it was bitter and inedible, most likely due to the dressing. My friend really enjoyed her burger and fries and polished all of them off. The water had a slightly unpleasant taste but that was the city I’m sure, and not the establishment. My entire meal was eight dollars and I felt it was worth it. The best part of our visit was the modest old car museum attached, very fun to look at all the old cars including one that was featured in the Godfather. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a unique and fun lunch in Weatherford.

Really a great surprise. Wanted to try something on way between Dallas and Abilene. Looked on Unilocal and the reviews were higher in count and ok. But I’m thinking no one gave them enough credit. These owners converted and old gas station. Into a really cool hip simple food restaurant with fun twists. I would expect to see this in diners drive ins and dives. They really have a cool bar with a lot of infused alcohol(both vodka and gin). Wine selection is spot on. Good options at a great price point. Brunch menu was really good and appetizers great. Hamburgers appear to be the«thing». My husband ordered that and really liked it. I tried fried green tomatoes«just because I could» and oddly enough the elephant garlic and Brie appetizer. Both sharing size. All at great prices. Already referred a friend in Dallas to go tomorrow

First time and won’t be the last! The food selection is impressive but the taste was even better. The burgers are huge! Had the Tom Burger and its was delicious best BBQ cheddar burger I have ever had. The BBQ was perfect the Caramelized onions and bacon were perfect. Drinks are also very good. The staff is super friendly and the ambiance is the final touch to make their patio very enjoyable. Oh the Cuban bread they offer for Sunday brunch is also delicious!

Wow, wow, wow! It has to be the best burger I’ve ever had! Also, the deserts are all made on house and absolutely amazing! The chicken and waffles were OMG! And the chicken fried steak… Well I can’t say enough! The other parties at the table takes about the fish tacos were awesome and the other burgers amazing! One of my favorite places in this state!

Didn’t eat here, just reviewing the museum and atmosphere. The free museum is worth stopping by for. There is information on all the cars. The hostess told us they were expanding across the street and should be done this summer. Expected to add a banquet room and more cars. Lots of Unilocalers complained about high food prices. They didn’t seem too bad to me considering this is not just a place to eat but an outing to learn some history and see some cool cars.

Our first visit here and we are impressed. We ordered the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. The serving was large and we enjoyed the batter and what appears to be homemade marmalade. We both had the burger and they were huge! Previous review mentioned a frozen patty, no such thing here. The steak fries were hot and crispy. Good beers on tap from local breweries. I walked to see the car museum on site, pretty cool collection. On the way back to the table, I noticed the kitchen staff were cutting up a fresh salmon. As others noted, it’s not cheap to eat here. As for us, if we want to eat cheap we eat at home. When we go out, we don’t mind to pay extra for quality. Katie took good care of us as well and mixes a good drink.

Tried this place as we were stuck in Weatherford for a night. It seemed like the most interesting, non offensive place around.(no «good ol boys», cigarette smoke or twangy music) Our waiter was very friendly and eager to please. He kept flashing his pearly whites at us(I could almost hear the«dink» of the starry gleam every time he smiled) He made suggestions after I ordered recommending his favorites although I didn’t ask for any. I’m glad he cared enough to make sure my experience was worth the while. Live music was playing outside, no cigarettes ruined my outdoor seating and the music was chill. It was strange no one clapped– ever. Manners? The food was pretty average, pricing was average. They have a museum in the back of vintage cars. I don’t know if it’s extra or worth the time. I was too tired and stuffed to check it out.

Not bad. Food attempts to be an exception but manages to be just ok for the price. 45.00 for two dinners and 2 beers. My 75 sandwich and fries were cold but NY husbands Cubano was hot. Wait staff was pleasant(Cheree) and knowledgeable. We stopped here because of the peach festival but wouldn’t come back on a regular basis unless to say hi to Cheree. Next problem was the bathrooms. They are both girl and boy restrooms so both of them had urine all over the seats and floors! The women were complaining because it was dirty and the men were complaining because women take too long! Separate out the bathrooms plesse!!!

The short story is that food and service both need to improve at this restaurant. I like the menu, which is simple but has some unique options. The offerings are diner style foods: hamburgers, salads, soups, fried chicken and others. There is a full bar and a large outdoor patio. And of course the car museum which is interesting. We ordered a hamburger and a crab cake salad for our entrees. We requested a medium well cooked burger but unfortunately the burger was cooked well-well-burnt. The burgers come with fries which were soggy. The crab cake salad is a good sized crab cake atop a field greens, fruit and nuts salad. I think I enjoyed the salad more than the crab cake because the cake was too salty for my taste. We also ate their buttermilk pie as dessert. The pie is extremely sweet so if you like sweet you’ll be okay. Overall the menu is promising but the execution is lacking. Also the price point is extremely high for what we got and experienced. The crab salad was $ 17.50. And the burnt burger was over $ 10. Service was haphazard. The food took 20+ minutes to arrive — that’s too long. It seemed that there was too much staff and they were falling all over themselves trying to navigate the dining room. I thought that the entrance is confusing because when we walked in I didn’t know if we were supposed to seat ourselves or if someone was going to seat us. Turns out you will be seated. The other challenge you will encounter is parking. The restaurant is in old town /downtown Weatherford so it’s all street parking — expect to walk some to get inside.
