We had so much fun doing the wine tasting. For $ 5 you can sample 6 wines and take home a wine glass. Their wine is good and their prices are affordable.

Stopped in to grab a bottle of wine. Unfortunately couldn’t do a tasting because I was supervising teenagers.
I bought a bottle of the Moose River Red, which I have yet to try and from the gift shop I found a giraffe wine holder! As a giraffe lover, I had to buy it!
Cute little shop with a friendly staff.

This is not a huge winery with patio seating on a sprawling property, but it is intimate and cozy. Located right where all the action is in Old Forge, this winery has high visibility and is always busy! $ 2 tastings for 6 samples or $ 6 for 6 tastings and a souvenir wine glass. My favorite was the blueberry white. Delicious, sweet, and fresh!
Friendly service and an amazing selection of wine. You will not be disappointed!

Great Wine shop and tasting bar right in downtown Old Forge! For a mere $ 2 (yes, less than a subway ride) you can sample 6 different wines, or you can splurge the $ 4 for the same 6 samples and a complimentary Montezuma Wine glass. Here’s what I sampled:
Reisling — loved (bought a bottle)
Seyval Blanc — loved (bought a bottle)
Moose River White — ok, sweeter than the two above
Cherry Melomel — ehh, weird honey wine, Vikings drank it though
2010 Lemberer — not bad
Blueberry port — delicious and 17% alcohol whooo!
Definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area — neat experience and really nice staff!

I love Montezuma Winery — they have really delicious wines and for a small fee you can sample a few of them at a time right in the store… I always buy at least a case of wine each time I go there… my all-​time favorite is definitely Pintail which is made from rhubarb

The wine is good, may I recommend Fat Red Frog. The staff is helpful and fun. Check this place out you won’t be disappointed.
