I have had mixed results with this place but overall I can recommend them as a place to find advice and plumbing parts. I have had a couple of experiences where my (obvious) lack of plumbing knowledge was used to treat me in a condescending and patronizing manner. However, I have also had experiences where the staff (especially the older gentleman) went above and beyond the call of duty to attempt to meet my needs.

I love dealing with local professionals. With Soulard, I know that I’m getting professional grade products that are designed specifically for my application. Soulard Plumbing has a great selection, provides great advice, and the employees are very friendly. If you need a professional plumber to complete your job, they will happily refer one to you. Those guys are great.
