I’m retired from law enforcement and have worked with and observed many agencies and individuals associated with the protection of wildlife and domestic animals. I’ve seen the best, the deplorable, and everything in between. I was impressed with this place from the moment I drove into their parking lot. When I went inside my initial impression didn’t fade at all. It was professional, neat, clean, and there was no offensive odor. The employees I observed with the cats looked like they could have been working in a nursery — they were truly and genuinely caring for the cats. My business didn’t involve adopting a cat, but if I ever decide to, I wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

I added their new address and put my review there. I also pasted it to this one too. This business is ok. I’m glad they do what they do, but seriously make sure you take your cat to the vet every year otherwise they will not let you adopt a new pet. I have a 17 year old cat that hasn’t been to the vet in 5 years, she’s been healthy and hasn’t been sick at all. I’ve read where taking animals to the vets every year is not good for the animal, it’s just a ploy to make money for the vets. After waiting about 2 weeks I now have to be the bad guy and tell my son he can’t have a new cat. Thanks to these people a loving home won’t be found from us anymore. I’ve posted to their Facebook page but they keep removing my comments so I have to resort to Unilocal

I really enjoyed my visit to the Community Cat Connection today. They are advertising for volunteers so I wish I lived close enough to get involved there routinely. I only had a brief stop today and they were so welcoming. I was able to play with a trio of fun kittens and overheard a lovely conversation when an older man was selecting a pair of older cats to adopt; the staff spent a lot of time helping the prospective owners. This is a terrific place.

Three years ago, I went in to adopt one cat and walked out with two The staff was great, allowing us to hang out and pick the right cat(s) for us. They helped make the arrangements for their shots and neutering and followed up to make sure everything was going alright. They lose two stars for my most recent contact. A stray kitty had made himself at home on my front porch. Unfortunately for him I already have four cats and am not accepting any new household members. I contacted the CCC as my Animal Control Officer was unable to help. I have no problem with the fact that they were unable to help me by taking him in as they had no space available. I do have a problem with the fact that it took a week for someone to get back to me. It may cause me to think twice if i decide to adopt another pet in the future.
