Domino’s Pizza

Their food is always cooked perfectly, delivered quickly and politely, and tastes incredible. Their prices are reasonable, and there is always a variety of coupons available online. I order from here with some frequency, and the ONE time I had an issue (got 13 wings instead of 14, such a tiny issue), one call to the manager handled it very satisfactorily. Good customer service is such a lost art, I’ll be ordering exclusively from this Dominoes from now on.

Yeah, they’re STILL awesome. Completely satisfied.

I’ve spoke to the manager three times about online ordering on the other side of the lake. It’s a simple tech fix. I don’t know why they can’t fix it so we can order online or with the app. Being one of a few places in Webster that delivers you’d think they’d want to reach as many people as they can.

After attempting to order pizza online and having the site tell me that they cannot deliver to my house, despite the fact 1) I have had their food delivered to my residence on more than one occasion; and 2) I live only 5 – 10 minutes away from the nearest location, words cannot express the frustration I am currently feeling! Maybe this location has no control over the online site, but either way this does not take away from the lack of customer service I am currently witnessing.
A total of three complaints have been issued. One via Facebook and two were sent through their online site (one of which were suggested by Dominoes on FB along with a reference number). I have yet to hear a response. Guess they don’t want my business too awfully bad if they are dragging their feet on this. Like seriously, with economic conditions being the way they are, I will NEVER understand why more and more businesses opt to provide less services to their customers. Do they seriously think that because they are a big franchise they will forever stay in business despite how they treat the public? If that’s the case, then maybe they need to re-​evaluate their thinking! After all, I highly doubt I am the only one who is frustrated with them!

Good place, but shady location. They have only disappointed me once with a bad pizza out of a solid 30 pizzas or more. The staff is always friendly and the food comes out quick

Waiting outside in the cold dead of night because some douchebag on campus pulled the fire alarm? Well, call up Dominos and tell them to charge the order on your Bison card! By the time you get back into the dorms, HOT yummy pizza’s will be waiting at your door.

We ordered 5 pizzas from here a couple weeks back. We got the steak and cheese, Cali Bacon Chicken, pepperoni and plain cheese. 4 out of the 5 pizzas were awesome! The plain cheese pizza on the thin crust was horrific to me — but I don’t care for the crust — everyone else enjoyed it!
They really have stepped up their pizza game at Domino’s — at first I thought all those commercials they have had on lately were just a stunt to get more business — wrong their crust and pizza are much better than they use to be.
The crust on all the pizzas except the thin crust was prepared perfectly and had some type of garlic/​olive oil seasoning on it. — It was grab an extra slice even though you’re stuffed good!
They have also stepped up their delivery service. Years back it use to take over an hour to get delivery from them but it was there within 40 minutes this time!
I hope the Domino’s closer to my city is just as good!
