Dunkin’ Donuts

Unfortunatly this is the best Dunkins in town if you want to get in and out. Both east main and the 128 main locations are amoung the slowest I have ever seen.

This is the Dunkin Donuts located in the Citgo gas Station at the corner of Thompson Rd and Lake St.
I will admit I used to go here quite a bit, but no more, They do quite a business here and the line both inside and in the drive thru can be quite long during prime times.
The last time I attempted a purchase here was for a simple buttered bagel, which will run me $ 1.30 to $ 1.50 depending on the location. The lady behind the counter asked for $ 250 and I of course had the nerve to question the price. Not only did she tell me the price was correct, according to her, but she was quite nasty and loud about it. How dare i question her. The manager was content to let her berate the customer. Not being a wall child, I politely told her what she could do with her bagel. I now take my business where it is appreciated.

this dunkin donuts is horrible.
they are always messing up orders & worst part is the staff is very rude.
last time i attended i ordered a sandwhich and icecoffee in the drive threw, i was then instructed to wait out front. after about ten minutes i went inside, upon entering the women in front of me was complaining she recieved the wrong order.
when it was my turn to complain, i was given the bag that the women had just returned, with a sandwhich that was delivered to someone elses car, opened by another person, looked at by the staff, then given to me.
and when i asked for them to make me a fresh one they looked at me like i had 3 heads.
after waiting an etremely long time, and having seen at least 5 other people waiting with complaints, i recieved my sandwhich. aggrivated i didnt bother to inspect it, and when i returned to the highway and opened my sandwhich it looked like the same one the women returned, just heated up. the bagel was bent in half, and the cheese was missing in some areas. i WILL NOT return to this location, and i have ben slacking on looking up the owners to complain to them directly!
