I’ve lived in quite a few apartment complexes and this ones got to be the worst. The ladies at the office are rude as if they have the hardest job in the world. I’ve had to call multiple times to have maintenance done because they can’t get it done the first time.

This was at one point a wonderful place to live. Let me stress WASATONEPOINT it is no longer. It has taken the management here 6 months to address my leaking roof, also this is the place that gave tenants 48 hours to vacate their flooded apartments after the flash flooding that occurred on May 12, 2015. DONOTLIVEHERE. The management is not helpful and is incredibly dismissive of any concerns for health and safety. The head of maintenance and the property manager both refused to acknowledge the stench that was coming off the soaked drywall when they finally came to actually look at the water damage(the third occurrence). The only option the gave us was to terms at our lease a month early, this would have been a viable option for us had it been given months ago.

I agree with Michael. We should review Green Oak apartment here since their website’s «Resident Review» is supposed to come at least 17 months ago when I first moved in and was still not available. For 17 months that I’ve lived here, there have been 3 break in incidents that I’ve known of. They sent alerts after it happened and provided mindless advice’s such as «be aware of your surrounding». The staff are deceitfully rude enough to get you off the phone when you have an inquiry or complaint. They use fancy term like«yes ma’am» when their tone clearly sends a different vibe. It is fairly quiet even though it locates very close to the rail road on highway 3. The gym is tiny but most weight lifting machines are functional so I’m grateful about that. Their are 2 swimming pools on either complexes. The one by the gym is near the entrance gate and it is often open in the summer.(It’s their showcase). The smaller one near building 19 is closed 90% of the time I live here, even in the summer. I have called at least twice to inquire about when and if it is going to be opened. The answers I get are not satisfying. I am not upset that they lie to the residents. I am upset because they treat their residents like idiots. Having a swimming pool to look at is totally different than having one to swim in. I am moving out soon. Although I think their rent is reasonable, I have experienced better.
