Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rochester Webster

Been to this a few times over the years for work purposes. The place is neat and clean. The staff is always accommodating. The area is relatively quiet. Overall a pleasurable experience.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My room was spotless! And the hotel was very QUIET. You would have never known it was almost totally booked. Breakfast was great too. I will definitely stay here when I am visiting Rochester. Also, it was very convenient to stores, restaurants and the highway. I was very impressed.

I REALLY loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Webster. I was surprised how full this hotel was on a random weekend. We looked at booking last weekend but held off and went to book a few days before and all the rooms with double beds were GONE! I felt (kinda sorta) guilty when they offered me a Handicapped room but was reassured that they have a number of Handicapped rooms and if they aren’t booked, they’ll allow anyone to take them.
The facility was exceptionally clean and new! They had plenty of parking and conveniently, our room was right next to the side door so it was easy to bring all our bags in.
Noise level was minimal! For being somewhat full, it was as if we were the only guests!!!
The beds were AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!!! They have those beds that if one person moves around, it doesn’t jostle the whole bed. Pillows are soft, I’m used to a Temperpedic one so these didn’t have much support.
FREE breakfast is always a plus in my book! The hot breakfast was great! Biscuits and gravy, eggs, homefries, cinnamon rolls as well as toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit… Etc! The coffee was REALLY GOOD too! The biscuits were so tiny and the cinnamon buns were all cut in half — no BIG deal but I noticed this difference between this visit and our visit the next night at another location.

We had a very nice time. We rented two rooms, one King Suite and one Queen suite. The rooms were clean and much larger than we had anticipated. The staff were all friendly and answered every question. The location was good for us and close proximity to a nice shopping center with decent places to eat. The only demerits are for the pull out sofa bed (which just was not comfortable) and the pillows on the bed (ditto).

I shouldn’t say too much because I’m still here for another week. I just gotta say… this holiday inn is like a day care center. Every minute of the conscious day time there would be kids running around… especially the pool area. Families would camp out there like in the middle of a state park. Kids run unruly and several were in the gym area perusing different equipment without adult supervision. I was hoping they would break a leg or something so the parent would learn not to let their kids loose. The only time that I can use the pool freely is Sunday at 3pm. If you’re a professional and here in this area for a business trip like I am… this shouldn’t be the place to stay. The Fairfield a block away would be more suitable. However, if you’re a parent with 4+ kids, this hotel is perfect for you. Your kids and your neighbor’s kids can roam around like it’s Chuck E Cheese. They also have decent breakfast to feed your litter.
