Do not book this hotel because even if you pay in full and get a confirmation number, they will still give your room away
Unless you have only 2 in your family, some may end up sleeping on the floor. Even after paying for two queen beds, and being confirmed, you can arrive to find the only rooms available only have one bed.
Super frustrating.

very impressive and clean. free breakfast daily and free dinner tuesday to thursday, great meals. the front desk and cooks are friendly and helpful. free wifi laundry gym and cookies! the pool/​grilling area is very relaxing and tropical looking.

Well, because they’re freaking awesome, that’s how.
Free daily breakfast. Free dinner. (Call hotel to confirm days on both of those things because I think there may be some variance.) Free Wi-​Fi. Free parking (which I guess is to be expected out in Webster but if you’re used to traveling in major metropolitan areas then this is a treat.) Free coffee/​tea/​popcorn in the room.
Friendly staff, simple check-​in, easy to find the rooms, and everything smells good and is very clean. I’m used to Platinum upgrades in Intercontinental and W Hotels and this room is fantastic even by those standards. The room I ended up in is quite large with a decent living room for 3 – 4 people to hang out in, a suite (hehe) kitchen, and two bedrooms… 1 room features 2 double beds and the other room features 1 king. Both have full bathrooms, 1 with a shower and 1 with a tub. This is the place to be if you are looking fora place for the family to stay together but not too together.
For the Platinums out there, they recognize status with either 500 points or a gift bag containing trail mix and a small bottled water. Since the points would be worth about $ 3.20 I opted for the water and trail mix and was not disappointed.
I’ve seen pictures of what looks like a really nice pool, but since I checked in at 11pm and will be out at 9am I doubt I’ll have much of a chance to enjoy it. But the place overall looks fantastic and I won’t hesitate to choose this hotel should I find myself in the area again.

I am staying here or a few days and my trip isn’t even over and I’m already beyond impressed. Room is duped nice and clean. Wifi is easy to use and runs pretty well. Bathroom is spacious and I just simply feel comfortable. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Even the cooking staff is polite an asked if they could get me anything while I was having breakfast. Breakfast was delicious for that matter. I had a «Texas shaped waffle», some ham, scrambled eggs, and oatmeal with cranberry juice to drink. Their gym was nice and big with lots of different pieces of exercise equipment. They even had clean, folded towels for use! I’m beyond impressed and if other staybridge suits are this Amazing I’ll search them out and give them my business. 5 stars easy

Stayed here for a week. Always great food and even better service!

Low rates. Free meals (breakfast & dinner… not sure about lunch because I wasn’t at the hotel during lunch hours). Very accomodating staff. The rooms are very nice and cozy. Will be back again!
When I typed the address into my navigation system though, it took me the wrong place and that was a little annoying.

disclaimer: i did not stay at this hotel, i attended a training class there. however the service and amenities were so great, i felt compelled to write a review!
the hotel is very new and the decorating and furniture are very tasteful and comfortable. there is a spectacular pool and spa area in the back – and a putting green. there is also a theater room for guests on the 1^st floor where you can watch movies on a big screen for free.
there is free hot dinner on tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays. there is free hot breakfast everyday!
during our training class they provided fresh baked cookies, fresh fruit, coffee and other snacks. it was AWESOME. oh, also, free wi-​fi. jackpot.
the room rates around ~150 when i was there and they offer studios and double studios (2 queen beds) for not much more. if i have business guests coming into town i will most definitely recommend this hotel to them.

Wow oh wow. Last time I went to Houston, I stayed at a Hilton and was not impressed. For the same price, I used Staybridge and I loved it! The trip was for work, so it’s easy to say the hotel was the highlight of my trip.
Free breakfast and free dinner 3 or 4 times a week. Very clean. Complimentary washers and dryers on the first floor. Workout room was kept up; no broken machines and was clean. There are storage rooms for guest use. The kitchen in my suite had complimentary tea, coffee, and popcorn! The bed and pillows were so soft. I slept very well. Free wi-​fi.
The only complaint is the showers had the least water pressure I’d ever seen, but I am still going to stay in this hotel again.

Yes, this really is as good as it gets. For $ 99 bucks a night (I booked pretty last minute), I got a well appointed, clean, comfortable suite. This hotel is only 2 years old so it still smells like brand new.
Cherise was so pleasant when I came in… I also called at about 11 and asked if my room was ready and she cheerfully told me it was and that I could check in any time. The pool is immaculate (and gorgeous at that, really nice landscaping) and the gym is better than the one I pay for at home. And not full of meat heads.
Seriously, if you are in the area, I seriously recommend staying here.
