We just had the seats recovered in our 2006 Ford 150 truck and they look like new. He was pleasant to work with and very reasonably priced. If I need more automotive upholstery or trim work done, I’ll go straight to John.

John did my ’68 Dodge Polara interior. I brought him in photos of several factory installs and the old seats without any pattern at all on them. He was able to reproduce the factory stitching layout. I had the remnants of the door panels and he copied them as well. Absolutely the best match match.
I’ll be using John soon to do the convertible top. If it turns out like the interior, I’m not sure how I’ll be able to add an extra star!

Originally located in Round Rock, recently moved North of Georgetown in the small community of Weir. John Fox has been doing automotive and boat upholstery for years. He’s always working on someone’s classic or custom car and has done many of my projects to 100% satisfaction. I was actually suprised to see that noone had posted a review for him on Unilocal.I think all of his business is from word of mouth and he’s always got jobs lined up so call in advance of when you’ll actually be taking him your project. His prices are affordable compared to some larger companies in Austin due to his low overhead. Tell him Shane sent you!
