We had a lovely condo in Welches, however All Seasons Vacation Rentals has terrible customer service. disregarding phone calls and emails, and unable to solve our problems. I called and emailed All Seasons before posting this review to give them the opportunity to make things right. They apparently have no interest in doing so. I would recommend avoiding any rental property managed by All Seasons Vacation Rentals.

They have many lovely looking properties but was disappointed as the rates feel a bit like a bait and switch.
Saw multiple listings on VRBO/​HomeAway, that says it sleeps anywhere from 8 to 12 people and pet friendly. Turns out the listed rate is based on four people (in the fine print), no mention of the incremental cost for each additional person and pet. Guess that would be fine if I was going with a few single friends and we all wanted our own bedroom… but if you’re going as couples or with family — that adds up fast!
So what initially sounded like a great deal, knowing that there is then a booking and cleaning fees added on top — come to find out it was an extra $ 25 per person per night, and $ 30 per pet.
