You can see on TV and read in print about how there is a push to return to «personal» banking. That can be a lot of talk and no action with some regional banks in this Boston area… but First Commons Bank walks the walk and talks the talk… and does so in part because of Jana. I’ve had a bank account since I was about six years old… and banked at several different banks in my life time but I have NEVER met anyone with more dedication to customer service and truly making my entire banking experience as easy, convenient and as pleasant as Jana. It doesn’t matter that there isn’t a local branch in my home town… I can do remote deposit from my home, from my phone, and from a whole bunch of ATM’s without incurring any charges. LOVETHAT! And Jana walked me through the entire process of setting up my accounts and starting the remote deposits. …Jana personally… NOT some operator on the phone. I’ve been to the branch nearest to my home… and it doesn’t even look like a branch. It looks like you are walking into someone’s friendly and comfortable work office. I like that… and I think most people do to. So glad that Jana joined my BNI and opened my eyes to what personal banking really is… and what a different it really makes to my business.
