I took a class with Corben while visiting from out of town. The staff was very sweet and welcoming and Corben’s class was amazing. He taught a rhythmic yoga class that was really different from anything I had done. It was challenging and a ton of fun. I wish I could regularly take this class. The studio is very nice and clean.
Only downside was yoga mat rental was a little pricey at $ 3 for a somewhat cheap feeling mat.

I love this place. It is a true place of zen and healing. I have been going here for about a year now and have never known a studio to be as great as this one is.
I would recommend this studio to anyone who is looking to better themselves or their practice.

While visiting the in-laws for the holidays I had to find a yoga studio that I could go to while in town. This place was perfect! I just can’t stand hot yoga and this place had lots of different class options. I did the fusion class which was a type of yoga that I have never done before and was very different than what I was used to back home, but I was open minded and still got a good work sweat going.
ALSO I am REALLY excited because in the summer I definitely will have to check out there SUP yoga class!!! I have always wanted to try it!
The studio was super cute and clean so I will definitley be back and recommend them! Thanks Ila Yoga!
