Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Completely soggy in the middle, contents fall off entirely. Charged 16 for a medium shitty pizza. Dad says it was the closest thing to a terrible pizza he’s had in his 75 years

Being from New Jersey where there is great pizza everywhere it can be difficult to find similar pizza in Florida! However, New York New York is one of the best pizza places I’ve found in Florida! We order from there about once a week! They have great fries too!

I visited to get dinner after the first day of a conference in the area. The pizza was pretty good, but still wet in the center. Considering the humid climate, it was good. We got a Margherita pizza, garlic knots and mozzarella sticks. I’d go back if I’m ever in the area again.

Love the pizza here! I appreciate that you can buy it by the slice, and that they offer a lunch special (2 slices and a fountain soda). The customer service has been great each time I’ve gone here. If you like thin crust pizza, check out New York New York Pizza!

Not bad. Ordered 3 times so far, but last time it was doughy and undercooked especially towards the center kit was a thin crust pepperoni, so it wasn’t like it had too many toppings). Wife and I felt sick the rest of the night. Might come back, but now we are going to try other pizza places in the area first.

Great pizza and subs everytime! We’ve ordered from here about 25 times and feel it’s definitely the best pizza in WC.

This native New Yorker who grew up on pizza is a real difficult guy to win over, but NY NY has managed to do it.
First — the service — it was a quiet Friday and the guys in the shop could not have been nicer. Professional — polite to a degree approaching religion … and eager to keep the place clean, neat and efficient. Hey NY NY — you’ve got a class act in Wesley Chapel — make sure the boys get some love.
Second — the pie. I ordered a Buffalo large. It has helped me overcome some of the disaster pies in the Tampa area that are tasteless cardboard when just a cheese only pie. Was this the best Buffalo I’ve had — nope. That honor remains on the Ormond Beach shoreline … but someone just slid in to the 2^nd place slot. Bravo NY.
But here’s the real deal … that genuine New York /​tri-​state crust you can’t find outside of the Jamaica Bay waters … NY NY has it… or as close as I’ve come to it down South.
For an $ 18 pie the meal was shy on toppings, but it was good — damn good. Mix that with the experience and the crust … well. you’ll be seeing me again.

Placed my first order today. Their online ordering system estimated the delivery time to be almost a hour, the order arrived in just over 30 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh. The baked Ziti and salad were both excellent. I will be ordering again, soon.

Great pizza, great service definitely will be back, they also have a patio which made it even better for me and the family.

I will never buy from this company again. When you cant even cook the bottom of your pizza and then argue with me when i no i am right thats the way you loose customers and bussiness. Owner of this place needs to get rid of this young manager who thinks he makes the best pizza but doesn’t have a clue when product is leaving the pizzeria not right. And the wings are pre cooked and were horrible. Wouldn’t order from this place ever again.

Only go for their Pizza I just spent $ 17 on two wrap meals and they gave us all of maybe 10 fries per meal. I called of course they said its nothing they could do. When I told them the Ybor location gave way more fries than that he the manager tried to convince me they are the same portion.
After I was contacted by the owner and had the issue was resolved with no questions asked. Customer service was great. Looking forward to my next visit.

The garlic knots were awesome, lots of garlic (just the way I like it) pizza was good showed up hot and on time.

Been a while since ordering but wanted to give them another shot b/​c a couple of friends were telling me that it must’ve been a fluke the first couple of times we ordered from NYNY.
Luckily, we had a much better experience this time. Took a while to get through on the phone, but they delivered FAST and the food was hot!!!
Bonus, everything tasted great and they got the order 100% correct.
Will be ordering again soon. :)

Got my order wrong and it was cold when delivered. Pizza is okay but it was cold and bottom was soggy.

I’m sorry… but never again. I tried and when they were expecting me, they did fantastic, but on a night we just decided to stop by, it was a disaster. They delivered the food and it was inedible. We payed the $ 30 bill and left with a table full of food

Last night I was craving for a good hand made brick oven pizza, I found this pizzeria and it was just what I was craving for! Great and fresh ingredients, rich flavor. It was perfect. I totally recommend this pizzeria!!!

Great tasting pizza! Not the best I have had, but definitely good for the area. They messed up my order once, and once I called them back and brought the pizza back (since it was carry-​out) they replaced it with the correct one and included some garlic knots for free. I would recommend them if you want good pizza!

It is a good thing it was not our first visit to this pizzeria. Pizza was over cooked, and the wings were over cooked and dry. This is the second experience that was less than we expected. This used to be my favorite and go-​to pizzeria, but it looks like we will be moving on…
