I had high hopes for this local business. I called weeks in advance to schedule my move and they did. Then I had to reschedule to the day before, they were very flexible and changed it with no problems. However, the problem comes in with my actual move. They «lost» my reservations AFTER confirming them with me prior to my move. I only found out this information when I called them 1.5 hour AFTER they were scheduled to move my things. During the phone call the gentleman was apologetic but offered me nothing in reconciliation. All their trucks and movers were out and I was left with a canceled reservations & no movers on the day of my move. Sorry, WCM, I understand mistakes happen but you really put me in a bind, you’ve lost any potential business from me :-(
