I came in to check out a car and worked with Ralph. I was interested in the car, however; he was rude to both me and my mother. He was unwilling to Negotiate price and probably assumed because i was a young woman he could take advantage of me. I do not stand for that treatment. Ralph has lost Russ Darrow my business and any of my friend’s, family’s, and coworker’s business.
