I’ve been both the recipient and the sender of a handful of Edible Arrangements in the past and I’m a huge fan. For that reason, I thought I’d send an Edible Arrangement to my parents for their 44th anniversary… The online ordering system was easy and I received an email confirmation once complete. I also received a «thank you» text from my mom the next day thanking me for the arrangement. She sent a picture and it looked great, although it was missing the«Edible Numbers®: Number(44)» that I paid an extra $ 6 for. It’s not the money I was concerned about, but I thought that having an edible pineapple shaped in the number 44 was a remarkable touch, so I was disappointed that it was missing from the gift. I called to give the store a heads-up that it was missing and Tanisha couldn’t have been more apologetic or friendly on the phone. She gave me the option of a refund or a follow-up delivery with the number 44 made from pineapple and dipped in chocolate the next day. She even went so far as to tell me that they would throw in a balloon or stuffed animal as a way to make good for the mistake. Well, it’s been over a week and my parents never received that follow-up delivery. That being said, Edible Arrangements is a company I would continue to use and they are usually reliable. Not sure what happened to that lucky number 44 though… perhaps the dog ate it? Or my Dad didn’t tell my mom about it? Or(insert your favorite excuse here)… !!!

I am so pleased with the service the Bloomfield store has provided. I will be returning for more gifts and possibly something for myself I also would like to thank the Store Manager Tanisha for assisting with great customer service– Ashley Stewart
