Very helpful and easy exchanges. We had to exchange our new mattress of 60 days for a different model. No problem with their 100 day policy! Guys came out and exchanged the mattress, no problems. Sales reps were very educated on the types of mattresses we should buy based on preferences. Prices can’t be beat either!

We had the greatest customer service at this US Matress store. The salesman, Patrick educated
my husband and I about mattresses and it was truly an enlightening experience. We arrived after work
Close to closing time and we never felt rushed. We purchased two beds and we are very, very satisfied.
The two young men who delivered the beds were extremely helpful, polite and very professional.
They moved an existing bed into another area, put the new beds together and removed all packaging.
We will continue to take our business to US-​Mattress and get the best price for the best beds.

Great service, great selection, great prices. They are the hat trick in the mattress biz. The best part was no one hounding over me like the sales people from ArtVan, Gardner White, and Mattress World (which is owned by ArtVan). Stress free shopping! Kudos US-​Mattress!
