This is as good as it gets. John will give you any cut you desire and is hungry to please. The service is outstanding. You get your meat prepared and wrapped in the best and traditional manner. The market has all the accoutrements to go with your stems, roast or chops, including a fine selection of reasonably priced wine and beer.

Local butcher with extremely fresh meats and decent prices.
I’ve come here a handful of times when I wanted/​needed a particular cut of something, or a strange amount of something or other. I always prefer to deal with a local guy when I’m ordering something in particular, and they are great here.
There are some random condiments, and I think I saw a loaf of bread from Darby’s in there once, but really it’s all about the meat.
I’d go here before S+S if I didn’t feel like driving out to Emerald.
