Guido’s Soft Step Floor Covering

I’ve gone with Guidos twice and both times, they delivered a great product at a great price.
A few years ago we had linoleum put down in a few rooms in our old apartment. Craig, one of the owners installed it and he did an amazing job. We had an older place with tons of meticulous little cuts around all the woodwork and doors. He closely fitted it like it was there forever. I still don’t know how he did such a perfect job. I marveled at it.
We just had a carpet put in our new condos basement last week. The concrete floor was a mess in one area and Paul, the other owner as I understand it, and his son flattened it out and installed the carpet. We wanted to match some existing slate we have in other rooms in front of the sliding door. They don’t actually sell/​install slate but happened to have some sitting around collecting dust from ages ago that matched perfectly to the rest of the house and offered to put it in for us. The stuff they put in looks way better than what was already here! The product matches perfectly but the installation is far better. The slate, carpet and where the carpet meets our hallway all flows seamlessly and looks perfect.
My aunt had them install a carpet runner on her stairs which have a few weird turns on them. Whoever put that in (I’m guessing Paul) matched up the pattern perfectly and did an awesome job.
When it comes time to do any other flooring they offer I am definitely calling on them, no doubt. A local business that offers good service, doesn’t try to scam you or sell you on things you don’t want/​need, that still has owners that care enough to install their product is something that more people should value! Step away from the big box store and call Guidos.
