A Duie Pyle

We booked a pick up yesterday at noon time BOL NO BG199603311, I called your office at 8 005 235 020 Ext 1 and spoke to Sam at 3 PM and was told that the driver was around the corner and he should be at the location by 4:30PM and that did not happened so I called at 5:05PM and was told that the driver was not going to show! If you have a driver on the road and a pick up was scheduled with 5 Hrs window, how could it be missed? Why nobody called us to alert us of delay? Missing a pick up in this industry is a cardinal sin and this is no way to grow a business. You claim you have the best service but I disagree!
I spoke to Erin yesterday who told me that he would reschedule for today between 10 AM and Noon. Hopefully your company wont drop the ball the second time! It would be very embarrassing!
Update I was informed by Shannon at ext 3468 that A Duie Pyle truck is not coming in for the recovery pick up today neither. They told me they were too busy! I guess they should close their doors until they are ready to pick up. If you need a dependable freight company, hire anyone but this company, that is the free advice I give you.
