Bella Rosa Italian Eatery

This is our every Friday night place. The pizza is excellent, the wings are good, Penne Alla Vodka is outstanding and huge. Cheesesteak Stromboli and rosa Stromboli’s are also great. I’ve never had my order mixed up and I am always greeted with courtesy. The girls work like a machine and the guys cooking are never too busy to say hello and help each other out. I highly recommend Bella Rosa for either take out or eat in. I’ve done both several times.

Well I don’t have a whole lot to offer. but I picked up for the first time tonight. I was in the mood for a meatball parm sandwich, and picked up a slice to go along with it. Meatball parm totally hit the spot, delicious. Slice of pizza was huge, and also very tasty. I reheated in the oven to my liking. Total came to $ 10, not bad. Will be back for sure!

Bella rosa, delivering is a God sent around here, but also it is a great spot to stop for a quick family meal. Their hoagies are very big and filled with good meat, the pizza is good, not a sweet type of sauce (my preferred kind) they also make great Dinners, sausage, chicken parmigiana. I highly recommend Bella rosa!

I went here recently for a quick dinner, and after seeing the portion sizes (which were HUGE), I decided to split a baked ziti order with my dad. The portion was still big, but the sauce was tasty.
Earlier, we also ordered take out and I had an Alfredo dish which also had a great flavor. Would recommend, but be prepared to have two-​three meals worth of food.

We moved to the Downingtown area, which is already heavily laden with Pizza joints, but have been pleasantly surprised with Bella Rosa. They’re easily the best delivery place and I actually prefer their pizza to the local favorite «Caln» (on some occassions. It’s just a matter of what taste I want.)
The delivery is always fast and we’ve yet to have a problem. I would like to see a bit more diversity in the menu (wraps please), but they’ve accomidated all requests thus far.
I very much recommend this place for the pizza, and am just now branching out to other dishes. Good stuff!

I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli. The Alfredo sauce lacked flavor and the broccoli was definitely unseasoned and soggy, previously frozen I assume. Entrée was accompanied by a house salad with balsamic house dressing that was tasty and garlic bread that was also enjoyable. Paid $ 13 so needless to say I was disappointed by the main dish. I’ve had Bella’s pizza before so going forward I shall stick to the basics.

What a great spot, right on my way to and from my sons house. Stopped in on a Sunday late afternoon for an early dinner with my son Joey and what a treat it was. Started with an order of Calimari, tender and crispy, very good. We both ordered the Lasagna with sides of meatballs, a nice size portion layered with beef, ricotta and sauce topped with melted mozz. I like there sauce, sweet enough with a nice acidic finish that’s not offensive. A crisp cold garden salad started my meal and my sin had a cup of Chicken noodle, he really enjoyed it. Although we were the only ons eating in they seemed very busy taking take-​out orders. Our server was very pleasant and executed delivery of our meal without being overly attentive.
There are not many reviews on this place but maybe those that have eaten there want to keep it to themselves. Caln pizza down the road will always be the go to for us but Bella Rosa is a very vey close second and we will spend equal time and money there. Nice job on the food and service.

Have had the best lasagna I ever tasted from this small, independent neighborhood place between West Chester and Parkesburg every time I order it. Very friendly staff and open until 9 on Sundays — a rarity in the «country». Will definately be back. PS bring an appetite — the portions are large!

A great small Italian place! The staff was incredibly friendly and apologized profusely for the all-​of-​5-​minute wait. The service was friendly and quick and the pizza was delicious.

Bella Rosa is incorrectly addressed to be found in google maps. When we did arrive it was busting with people. The pizza and calamari dishes were excellent, the staff was polite and ownership was clearly involved in ensuring service.

A typical pizza shop that has really good italian dishes. The sauce is hot, and tastes homemade, the entrée portions are large. The pizza is really good as well. My only complaint is the younger staff members who look like that they would rather be anywhere else in the wolrd, than taking your order or helping you. I’ve been there a few times with the staff experience. However this time the young girl took my take out order and I sat down waiting for it, directly across from her reading a local paper while I waited. Keep in mind, it was snowing that evening and there was not ONE other person in the dining area. Well my order was ready and was just sitting there on the counter. When I turned around to check and went up to the counter she said «is this yours?» Ummm I am the only person in here!
