Tried to like this place, but the owners can be quite rude. I have learned our lesson and will be staying away from here. I like to support friendlier local businesses.

Great coffee and Tea Latte. Very friendly owner too. Highly recommend.
We thought street parking would be a downer (we lucked out and found a spot right in front) but there is a muni lot right across the street by the church.

Great coffee and cupcakes– a lot of variety– they’ll make any kind of coffee you want — Cathey & Thais are very friendly– highly recommend the cupcakes.

Tried to go here today as this place is a block from my West Chester house/​shop local/​I don’t like Starbucks.
Found out they are closed on Mondays?! Monday morning is precisely when there is the greatest NEED for coffee among us people who work all day for a living.
I may still try it another day but honestly, a coffee shop closed on Monday morning makes about as much sense as a bar being closed on Friday night.

Like Sean D., I also want to see these small-​business owners do well, but I would like to see some changes.
I actually prefer coffee to espresso, but they don’t serve iced coffee, only iced latte! (However, my espresso-​drinking husband likes their iced latte.)
I know that they are talented cupcake-​makers, but I would prefer a healthier snack to go with my coffee. Maybe not everyone would agree with me, but I feel like more people would go here if they could get a muffin (or something similar) that was a little bit closer to the healthy side (with whole wheat flour, nuts, fruit or whatever) as a breakfast or afternoon pick-​me-​up.
The staff has been very polite and nice to chat with. Their décor is pretty cool too. All in all, I do recommend this place and I am all for supporting friendly people running independent businesses in West Chester.

I want to like this place very badly. Local owners: Mom and daughter-​in-​law. The issues I have found span all 6 of my trips: cold espresso (low volume business, and I wonder if they keep the machine primed properly — that is over-​roasted and bitter. The cupcakes are good, and the décor is nice.
