We purchased an Avaya system from Comstar a few years ago and the phones are fabulous but the service leaves something to be desired. Joe, their service tech, make is perfectly clear that he’d rather be somewhere else than our office when he’s here. He slips in without announcing he’s arrived, then leaves without reporting to anyone what he’d done. Therefore, no one in the organization knows if the work was completed or not. Then they send the bill and call 29 days after looking for payment.
