Jeff is the man. Though he doesn’t often do bigger events, he made an exception to do the food for my wife and I’s wedding reception. The food was simple, and yet out of this world good. Jeff’s homemade BBQ sauce and pulled-pork was amazing, even according to my southern in-laws standards. Do yourself a favor and book him. It’s worth every penny.

We had Chef Jeff come cook a Sunday dinner for our family and it was AMAZING. He uses very fresh ingredients and works with you to come up with a unique menu that everyone will love. He blended right in with our family and it was a great time. Very polite and courteous of that fact that he is cooking in your home. Cleaned up his entire area and the kitchen looked like he had never been there(with the exception of the delicious leftovers in the fridge!) I would highly recommend him to anyone for any event!

Chef Jeff provided an amazing meal experience for our 5th wedding anniversary. He tweaked our own wedding menu into another memorable meal made from fresh, local ingredients. He was meticulous in every aspect of the meal, from designing the menu, to clean-up after the dinner. He was also prompt and open with communication prior to, during, and after the event. We definitely felt that we were his priority and wanted to make our anniversary extra special. Plus, the food was wicked delicious! Here is the menu: Appetizer — Chef Jeff’s signature homemade rosemary bread w/fig tapanade and basil pesto Salad — Mixed greens w/homemade balsamic vinaigrette Entrée — Pan seared beef tenderloin filets w/red wine rosemary sauce, served with roasted red potatoes and sauteed vegetables Dessert — Flourless chocolate cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream

I had the opportunity to attend a dinner party where Jeff the in house Chef prepared the food. We started with the Cucumber in Pear sauce palette cleanser, and final course of the night was the Key Lime dessert; the food was amazing. I think there were 8 courses of food, all delicious tastes, and special wine paired with each course. What a wonderful culinary experience! I think my favorite food of the night was the Bacon wrapped Pork Medallions. So tender and seasoned just right. I am already planning a dinner party with Chef Jeff, can’t wait! I know my guests will enjoy.
