This place was good, but kind of unorganized. We came in because we were in town to watch the Iron Hill bike race. I asked the girl for a sample cup, and after trying the sample there was no trash can in sight and a hoard of an enormous family blocking me from the one in the front of the store. The froyo was really good, and I was happy with what I ate, but I was weary of the open topped toppings because kids were sticking their hands in instead of using the scoops and the girls working seemed too overwhelmed to care. I understand it was a busy day because of the event though.

It is your typical Kiwi joint. As a salted caramel fanatic I truly enjoy these sweets. I always make sure my girlfriend is with me when I head to Kiwi because the pinkish appearance kinda throws me off. Overall great place, usually in & out.

The frozen yogurt was very good. The consistency was right and the flavors were plentiful. They have many choices of yogurt as well as all the topping you could ever want. We had the strawberry-lemonade, birthday cake, and key-lime flavors and they were all very good. The environment is open and clean. The bowls and cone-bowls are all kept in a location that is convenient to getting and filling them with the yogurt of choice. Everything here is self service except for paying so you are free to make the concoction of your choice! I would recommend that you keep an eye on your kids though because it is VERY easy for them to over fill and you could end up with a pretty hefty bill in the end. The one gripe that I have is I was pretty disappointed when I noticed a tip jar at the register. This is a self-service business but they still feel the need for a tip jar?!? I am all for tipping when you receive outstanding service but what exactly do the employees of this place do to deserve a tip? Make sure that the yogurt dispensers spit out yogurt? Make sure that the toppings are filled and the surroundings are clean? I feel like that is their primary job and what they should be doing to earn their check. That is just my opinion though. Obviously you are free to leave a tip if you wish to.

I’ve been to many frozen yogurt places before but this one has got to be my favorite! It is so clean inside and there are a plentiful amount of choices to choose from. I’ve spent many nights during college at kiwi with friends. It is a great place to go with a group of friends. I always took my family here when they came up for the weekend to visit and they always rave about it to their friends. My sister is now going to WCU and she is so excited to get to go to kiwi whenever she wants! You could tell how fresh everything is and nothing is left out. Whenever I am in there I always see the employees change the toppings or refill the yogurt machines. Every other yogurt place I have been to their yogurt comes out«running» but I have never had this problem at Kiwi. Would recommend this place to anyone! :)

I love this place! It has the best frozen yogurt– so many flavored to choose from! And there are so many toppings too! Whether you’re looking for a special treat, or just a casual time to catch up with a friend, I would highly recommend Kiwi!

Quick, easy, and good are words i would use to describe kiwi. All you do is walk in get a cup fill it with whatever yogurt and toppings you want and they weigh it you are done! The place is somewhat girly so guys this isn’t a place for you and your ‘Bros” to hang out after a football game… the place is cute and happy, a very good place for families, children, and teenage girls. Nice place in the summer, has a couple small outdoor tables, sometimes can get very crowded though.

Nothing to write home about… I wasn’t to impressed with this place. Selection is small and the service is choppy…

Good but way too expensive for frozen yogurt from a machine. If you’re not careful, you’ll fill up that big cup they give you and you’ll end up spending $ 8.

It seems that frozen yogurt bars are the new trend now. I’ve tried a couple of places, but nothing beats Kiwi. The flavors are always changing, so I’ve had birthday cake, key lime cheesecake, and even salted caramel pretzel! Toppings vary from strawberries to cookie dough to cereal to gummy bears to caramel, chocolate, and marshmallow sauces. Every time I’ve had a Kiwi yogurt, it was always delicious. However, the sizes of the cups are huge. I think they should have a small size, because I don’t eat enough yogurt to fill an entire cup!

I love this place a bit too much, I am sure it contributed to my freshman 15… sophomore 20. If you are going here because you think it will be healthier, it might be a tad bit healthier than Coldstone but not by much. The topping selection is endless from brownies, chocolate chip cookie dough pieces, cheesecake slices, pumpkin pie slices, and includes an endless variety of candies, fruits, and cereals. The flavors are very unique as well and they are always adding new ones and trying to change it up. Some include ghirardelli dark chocolate, red velvet cupcake, coconut, bananarama, etc. They also have nondairy sorbets if you are lactose intolerant. My favorite will always be classic vanilla with fresh strawberries on top and yellow cake pieces. I always bring people here and it is definitely a fun indulgence everyone enjoys. I also like how the frozen yogurt tastes more like ice-cream, does not have that healthy taste to it. This place is a must go if you have not been here before and the other locations have the same standard in their frozen yogurt as well. So far I have been to the one on Penn State Main campus, Upenn campus, Haverford(near Villanova), and the location on West Chester’s campus.

My husband & I stopped at Kiwi this weekend while walking around West Chester. We were really impressed by their friendly employees, adequate seating and huge selection of yogurts & topping. I tried coconut cream, birthday cake, & red velvet, all of which were awesome. My husband went with cookies & cream and birthday cake, which he liked a lot. We spent $ 8 between the two of us — plenty reasonable, pricewise, for a tasty dessert. We will definitely stop in again!

Honestly as far as a fun place to go with a group of friends it doesn’t get much better than this. It’s a little bit too small for a gaggle of sorority sisters to find a table without homewrecking the whole joint, but otherwise its a nice place to get some frozen yogurt, chill, and then continue a night out. The frozen yogurt is absolutely delicious. They have more toppings than you could think of wanting also. Their new flavors, red velvet and white chocolate mousse, are especially delicious. For those of you that dont like too much sweet, try the original tart. Despite the name, it is not sour. It just tastes like regular yogurt The environment is pretty fun, but maybe not friendly for all audiences. As in college audiences. Sometimes I come in here and it’s, understandably, swarming with screaming children, but yet… I keep coming back. Be careful when getting your yogurt. You will always get more than you expect, but since you pay for the amount that you get, just be careful and you can get away with spending less. When I get all that my heart desires I pay around $ 3.50 CONCLUSION warm, fun place to get delicious frozen yogurt quality: great price: great

i came here fri night around 10pm with some friends. my friend keeps telling me to go so we finally decided to go one night. this is honestly probably my first time in downtown west chester and i really like the area. it has a really homey classy feel to it. where have i been all these years? the name is no longer sprinkles and is now kiwi yogurt… it’s not the tart frozen yogurt that i’m used to and like. however there were a lot of frozen yogurt selections as well as a variety of cereals, berries and other toppings. they even have mochi! and for those of you not familiar with mochi, try it!!! it’s a white soft chewy rice cake. the chewyness compliments the textures very nicely in my opinion. for those of you that do not like the tart frozen yogurt then this is the froyo place for you! it’s more creamy and soft with very little tartness. only the original one has some tartness to it. at $ 0.49 per ounce the price is reasonable. but with all the toppings, you can easily get it up to 6 – 7 bucks if you’re not careful. i also like the fact that there are calorie info located next to the labels… good for the health conscious. the white chocolate and the pumpkin spice are both very good. add some strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, black berries, mochi and fruity pebbles and you’ll be happy and satisfied. :)

This place is good, but it’s not Pinkberry. It wishes it was though. Also, it’s not called Sprinkles anymore. They had to change the name. It’s Kiwi now.

Today was the West Chester location Sprinkles store grand opening. What this really means, in practical terms, is that they were giving away up to 10 oz. of frozen yogurt for free! Whoohoo!!! They claim to have 16 flavors of frozen yogurt(they did) and many toppings(they did). I tried 4 different flavors of fro-yo, banana-rama, Georgia peach, new york cheesecake and cookies and cream. I only put a dab of the 2 fruit flavors on to try them. It was too bad that they were by far the better flavors. They were creamy and packed full of fruity flavor. The other 2 flavors were«Eh.» I also tried the crumbled Oreo cookie and crumbled chocolate chip cookie toppings. Not bad, but nothing special. One thing I failed to notice until after I had«rung up» my free fro-yo, however, was the fruit bar and wet toppings. They had an entire section with cut up fruit and other«wet-ish» toppings. They also had several squeeze bottles with hot fudge, butterscotch, etc. toppings. Figures, I would walk right by them. Grrrr on me! One thing that bothers me is the layout of the small store. We were told to put the toppings on first and then proceed to the yogurt, but the toppings were right next to the register, so one has to do the toppings(and don’t wet toppings go on top no matter what anyways? Even though this obviously wasn’t an issue for me at the time: p), go put yogurt on, then back for the wet toppings(if I am surmising correctly) then checkout. Perhaps the store was too small and this was the only layout possible, but the inefficiency kind of bothered my engineering mind. I gave an extra star for the polite, fun service and for the manager who refused to let a couple’s dog into the establishment. It was an adorable dog(although I pretty much think all dogs are cute). The couple with the dog seemed a bit miffed that their precious pet was not allowed in. But I give the manager kudos for sticking to his guns; sorry people, but it is the LAW that dogs(other than seeing eye ones) are NOT allowed in food serving establishments! I know you love them, me too, but it just is NOT sanitary!
