This is not that great of a k Mart. The employees don’t seem to care about anything, and the store just seems like it’s failing. Shelves not stocked, pretty dirty, employees all seem improperly trained

This place is horrendous. I wish it would close and be replaced with a Target. The employees congregate around the checkout socializing, but only one register will be open. If they aren’t rude, then they are being incredibly inappropriate (e.g. waving around a chocolate kiss stuffed animal shouting «it looks like shit!). I go here for emergencies and can never get out fast enough. Terrible. Just terrible.

It’s an incredibly annoying Kmart to shop in because the staff is basically complied of misc riff raff who look at you like you’re nuts when you ask them a question. My favorite was the time I approached two employees in a middle of a conversation and they gave me a look as if I was a stranger who interrupted them on the street. Literally 50% of the staff will be talking. If they could just get a Target in there it would make life in West Chester easier.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Their customer service is horrific. Their cashiers are nasty, rude, ignorant, disrespectful, and lastly inept. Go to Target instead.

Seriously the cleanest Kmart ever. Very nice clerks, also. Not close by but worth a stop if inthearea.
