The best service, the best Starbucks. I wish I could take Donna with me to every coffee place I go to :) She remembers me and remembers my typical drinks! One time I forgot my wallet at home, and she said don’t worry about it. I know starbucks is a monster chain, but this place feels like a great local place because of how it is run.

This review starts out at an unlikely place — Panera. Popped in there for lunch. My girlfriend just moved in so we are without wifi until Friday and I figured I would eat and cruise the web. Had lunch and a coffee that was fair. At least until they kicked me off the internet after only ONEHOUR! Never in all the years I have gone to coffee shops/sandwich shops that offer free internet was I KICKEDOFF because you only get one hour of surfing! Are you kidding me??? First of all, I purchased lunch AND coffee. Secondly, the place easily had 35−40% open tables. I decided to go one block away to the Starbucks. Yea, thats right. Starbucks is one block away on 1081 West Chester Pike in West Chester, PA19382. Got a nice snack pack of fruit and cheese. Was greeted by the very awesome Kim who assured me they love my business and would NEVER kick me off the internet unless it wasn’t working. Had a bottle of water. Never again Panera. Hello Starbucks! They won me over!

The customer service here surpasses any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The baristas were friendly and addressed me by my name and my drink was out in record time. The facilities were super clean as well as the rest of the café area. Wonderful, I will be returning.

Tucked away in a shopping center, an ok location. Parking lot is tight. Very nice outdoor seating, indoor seating is cramped. Cleaner than some Starbucks in the area. Creamers are often empty, as with most Starbucks, you would think Starbucks would make this a higher priority and also design a more efficient creamer station! Some staff are very friendly.

This is probably the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to ever since I moved to PA14 years ago. Really awesome baristas who care enough to remember your name, are always in good moods, and get your drink right every time. You’ll recognize regulars here if you’re obsessed with Starbucks like me and come a bit too much, and everyone tends to stay a bit to catch up with their friends, have meetings, or do some work. I notice most of the cars in the parking lot are really nice(but I like to roll up in my ’02 Nissan Sentra) and I think I saw someone in the movie business once, so you never know who you’ll run into here, which is cool! The interior is small and could use a renovation(do people even go the Salad Works next door? Can we just expand Starbucks into it?) for more seating but always clean unlike other locations(cough cough Glen Eagle — crumbs, cup stains, and flies errwhwere). Definitely worth a drive if it’s the farther one from you(it probably is because no one lives on this side of Route 1, but it’s the cooler side).

Love this Starbucks!!! Always somewhere to sit with outlets, baristas are soo friendly and get to know you by your second visit, AND they are awesome at what they do. Def make some of the best Sbux drinks around. P. S. Try a caramel white mocha hot… it’ll change your life.

My Saturday morning fix. It’s the same stuff they have at every Starbucks but they seem especially friendly at this one — Dilworthtown.

One of the nicer Starbucks in the West Chester area. This place gets fairly busy and seating is limited, but the barista’s all work very fast. I find service to be great, and drinks to be consistently made. A good choice for a local Starbucks!

I end up going here most mornings because it is the closest to my house. The parking lot at that end of the shopping center isn’t fantastic, but you will always find a spot. Sometimes the line is out the door and sometimes it is fairly empty, but it’s never so busy that it’s not worth waiting. This Starbucks doesn’t seem to handle volume as well as most of the other Starbucks I’ve been to and occasionally seem frazzled– granted, those are downtown and probably much more used to high volume. They have a normal selection of food, drinks, and items to buy. I also saw Starbucks’ sugar-free vanilla syrup in their shop, which I don’t see often in the stores and usually end up ordering online. They seem to run out of things more often than other Starbucks, like cup carriers or the lid stoppers sticks(not sure what the technical term is for those things). I wouldn’t come to this Starbucks to do work– they have a small number of tables and it always seems cramped and loud. Most times when I’m there, there are no tables open. I also notice that my normal order costs more at this Starbucks than other Starbucks by about a dollar– I think because they actually charge for the extras(soy milk, flavored syrup, etc.) while most other Starbucks I frequent don’t charge me for them. But overall, it’s a decent Starbucks and the main one in the area– the only other one that I know of nearby is the Starbucks in the Target near Brinton Lake.

As a commuter student at WCU, I am often looking for a place to spend a few hours between classes where I can study. As I’ve got my car in tow, it’s nice to not have to worry too much about parking. This Starbucks is in a shopping center, so there is always plenty of parking available. Also, since it’s a little off the beaten path, this Starbucks tends not to be packed with other students. The Starbucks itself isn’t very big, but I haven’t ever had an issue finding a table. The store is also generally neat and clean and the service is prompt. The baristas are all particularly friendly and upbeat as well!

Best Starbucks in west Chester area! I am here five times a week. Donna and Jeff are awesome! They know the names of all the regulars. Many times my coffee is ready before I walk in as they see me coming from the parking lot.

Well, it’s Starbucks. I like the coffee(if you don’t fine, but don’t be a hater) and the food too. I just drink brewed so I’m an easy customer. The staff is always pleasant and they do a good fast job. However, I’m in here like 3 days a week and they don’t know my name(and never asked)-which is weird for a Starbucks. UPDATE. They do know my name now.
