Fantastic Thai food and sushi. Don’t get the Chinese though. Worst General Tso I’ve ever had. Very soggy. Guess one shouldn’t order Chinese at a Thai place anyway

We ordered take-out apps — curry puffs and summer rolls with peanut sauce which were reasonably priced. However, the curry puffs had only a hint of curry, were otherwise tasteless, and incredibly greasy. The summer rolls were overstuffed thus immediately fell apart and there was almost no peanut taste in the peanut sauce. Next time we’ll go to a Thai place that charges a little more, but delivers tasty food.

I wrote a previous review when the new cooks came in. Tried again in the last few weeks. We wanted to try to give the new cooks a chance. They’ve changed out all their cooks in the last four months. First was the curry /appetizer chef, then the fried rice /entrée chef(were told both«retired»). After this time, the sushi chef was also gone(also told he «retired» too). Was visibly more dirty than last time and food unfortunately was bad again. What a shame. Used to be best Thai place in all of Cincy. Now it’s just really bad Thai /Asian in a dirty dining room.

Not native to the Cincinnati area, I came across this restaurant on Unilocal while looking for a place to grab lunch. I ordered takeout, which was ready very quickly. I had Chicken Pad Thai and crab Rangoon. The pad Thai was hot and delicious, with lots of veggies and peanuts. Would recommend to a friend.

NOTVEGETARIANFRIENDLY! They say they can make any dish vegetarian but all they do is substitute the sauces with soy sauce & oil. The taste is horrible because the chef has no knowledge of how to create proper vegetarian dishes. We ordered the Basil fried rice & the Pad See u; both with vegetables. There was no flavor in both dishes except for the taste of oil & soy sauce. Our meal came out to almost $ 50& to be honest I would have preferred PF Changs! There are so many vegetarian sauces available guys just do some research & practice. The service is terrible as well. They ignore you until it comes time for the tip…

Plain atmosphere but good food and service. Had steady business and many regulars picking up takeout the whole time we were there. Fairly priced if not just a little bit on the pricey side but good sized portions.

I have been here twice for lunch this week and on both occasions, the waitress neither asked if I wanted something to drink besides water(I had to specifically ask for a glass of iced tea) nor offered a refill when my glass was empty. In both instances, it was the owner who was walking through the restaurant that noticed the empty glass and asked I wanted a refill. Neither time was the restaurant busy. In fact, the second time, we are the only table with people at it and the waitress walked right by us twice to bus the table behind ours. Seriously, how hard is it to ask your customers if they want something to drink and then offer them a refill of their empty glass. I really enjoy the food and their prices for lunch are very reasonable, but they need to get some staff there that knows something about customer service.

My favorite Thai restaurant in Cincinnati and Dayton area! I love the chicken pad Thai and you can order it with the spicy level from 1 – 5. The sushi is great also! We typically order pad Thai and spicy California roll!

What happened!?! I’ve been going here for over 9 years. I no longer live in Cincy but when I do come back, I always come here for their beef fried rice. I’m currently eating it right now and it is not even close to what it used to be. It’s so not good that am writing this review as it sits on the table in front of me. 2 stars because I have had far worse but still nowhere near as good as it used to be. New cooks from what I’ve read. It’s a sad day in West Chester, Ohio. At $ 13 for fried rice, I probably won’t go back.

This is a small restaurant in the northern suburb of Cincinnati. It has tasty curry dishes and acceptable noodle dishes. I would give it 3 – 4 stars for the food. However, I would give it 1-star for its poor service. When I went to pick up my carry-out dinner last night, I noticed that the price charged on my bill was 20% higher than what was posted on the internet. As I pointed it out to the owner, she refused to apologize or make a pricing adjustment. She simply said«I am not responsible for what is posted on the internet.» This lack of accountability and poor service will prevent me from going back. It’s really a shame because there are so few Thai restaurants in the northern suburbs.

Our family have been regular customers here for several years. I generally order the same thing for my children and myself each visit. We picked up our food tonight and I found my dish, Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice to be quite a bit different than it has ever been before, and I don’t mean in a good way. I go with a spice level of 8 and mine was basically flavorless and extremely greasy with 4 or 5 chunks of pineapple throughout. My daughters fried rice was also greasy/slimy and didnt taste anything like what we are accustomed to. Considering we pay good money for these dishes on a regular basis I called to find out if the chef was on vacation. I was told that they have a new chef and this is what I can expect my food to taste like from now on. Talk about disappointed! No more good Thai food in Northern Cincy– I’m crushed!

First time here. The menu has a ton of options. I got a yellow curry that was really good. They were out of phở unfortunately. I would go back — good thai. The portions were large and it was really fresh.

had take out Friday. Chicken Pad Thai 7 spicy. Looked a mess was mushy, flavorless and barely any peanuts. Ordered pot stickers but they weren’t brought out with the rest of the food so they didn’t make it out of the restaurant with us. Called to ask they be refunded but haven’t seen it yet… not likely to bother pursuing $ 10.00 Crab rangoons tasted OK but were a little overcooked. Overlal it seems this place has gone down hill a bit over the last year or so. Too bad as it was one of my favorite pad thai places in the area.

I loved the curry puff! They’re like an indian version of a fried wonton! Super yummy good flavor. The golden tofu however, was not so impressive. The small pieces of tofu were fried to death, barely any soft tofu inside. They tasted like dirty oil and the sauce was basically lemon tainted sugar water.(the curry puffs were a little sweet too). This place really likes sugary watery sauces!

One of the better Thai restaurants in the area. I have been here multiple times and have probably tried every noodle option possible. The food is very good and the prices reasonable. The décor is just okay. The service can be spotty, but never horrible. We typically start with the summer rolls. They are very fresh and always a good starter. The curries are good. I prefer the yellow curry. It is a bit sweeter. Moving towards the entrees, we prefer the ginger, lava, or broccoli. My favorite dish is the noodle dish. I can never decide between he pad Thai or the Thai taste noodle. Both are really good. I usually stick to chicken or pork. Overall, the food is very tasty at a good price. I will be back again and again.

This used to be our local go to for fried fish in ginger/chili sauce. And we’ve dined here a half dozen so times over the past few years and always had good service and the food was always tasty and reasonably priced. We hadn’t stopped by for at least more than a year, but the Mrs. was craving her fish dish so we stopped back in. First service really sucked this night, which we had never had an issue with in the past. The server just didn’t seem to care — there were only a handful of tables and at least two servers. Secondly the aforementioned fish dish we had grown to love here just is really not good now. Taste was off, just wasn’t the same. It just wasn’t us though, there was a family of four adjacent to us who also had an issue with their dish not being what they had remembered ordering in the past. The server either took down the wrong order or they’ve changed ownership/cooks, etc, something. I’m not sure, but that other table did not like what they had and the waitress kept insisting that was the way it was supposed to be — no real apology, nothing. So between our experience with bad service, food that just was off the norm and the adjacent tables experience we’ve now moved Thai Taste to our ‘do not return list’, just too many alternatives in the general area to come back again. YMMV

Very decent Thai food tucked away in West Chester. We hit up Thai Taste several times per month. It’s hard to resist this consistently good venue for take out. Dine-in is not particularly memorable although they have an in-house sushi bar. We’ve tried the massoman curry. pineapple fried rice, pad Thai and a few others. The massoman is rich and thick… quite satisfying. My wife is sold on the pineapple fried rice… order with extra pineapple for the full experience. One note on the spicyness scale… its weakish. We like mildly spicy food but on Thai Tastes 1 to 10 scale we order 9s and 10s to get the right amount of heat. We’ve ordered a 5 and 6 spice level and couldn’t hardly tell it had spicyness at all. Just us. Overall TT is good enough to be our go-to joint for Thai…

One of the best pad thai dishes in Cincinnati, in my opinion, and the servers here are super friendly! I am never disappointed when I’m here. Since the restaurant is a little small, it serves as a pleasant date night. And if you carry out, the service is super speedy! Their portions here are fairly big considering the lower prices. Everything that I’ve tried has always been good, including the drunken noodle, the sushi, and especially the pineapple fried rice!

Went here for the first time, but ordered take out. We both ordered the Pad Thai, one chicken and one beef. The meals may actually appear a little expensive, but we received very generous portions. We could have easily had only one order for the both of us. I ordered a spiciness of ‘6’, which gave a little heat, but not a lot. I’m a little more used to spicy food, but I feel a 5 or 6 is always a good starting point, if you go for spiciness. The food was good. Not too heavy or greasy. Good flavors. They gave us chili paste and peanut sauce(50¢) on the side, both of which were good. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, so I don’t know what the service quality would be, but the take out experience was excellent. Quick and without errors. About all you can ask for.

Came in for lunch and ordered Cali roll and 2 pieces salmon sushi, as well as shrimp lava fried rice. Sushi was excellent, very fresh and had some tasty sauces on the side of the plate, Thai chili sauce and possibly yum yum sauce. Both sauces really made the sushi pop. Lava fried rice was sweet and spicy, I ordered a 4 on a scale of 1 – 10 of spiciness and it was spot on. Vegetables were large and fresh, really added some bold flavor to the rice. Taking off one star for lack of lunch choices that would incorporate some Thai plates and sushi(such as ban thai’s bento box). As it is the lunch was 20 before tip. A bit pricey for lunch, but it was still worth the trip. I will return.
