Dicarla is the worst person I’ve ever had the displeasure of knowing there. Very rude and seems like she hates her job and people. Dealing with the public is not her forte. Stay away.

I’ve lived here about a year. JP is a great place to live. The facilities are terrific; Gym, Lounge, Theatre, Pool, and covered Garage. The residents are cool and professional. The maintenance staff is on «top of their game» when and if anything ever needs attention and the front office staff is incredibly nice and attentive to our needs. The biggest PLUS is the property is «pet friendly»…it’s really a perfect place to call home. If you need a home 2 miles from downtown West Chester, this is your place!
