Rude. Horrible service. Crappy inventory. No rides out of the shop. Weak bike shop. Would NOT recommend!

I am at loss for words right now for how INCREDIBLY professional West Chester Bicycle Center is. I bought a bike back there in 2000, over 12 years ago. The bike is used daily to get me to and from work for the past few years– and it’s a great, quality bike. Since I was a girl when the bike was bought, I can’t exactly review the service I had at the time in 2000 because I do not recall, but in a time of need for me– they stepped up. This morning I left for work and my bike had been stolen off my porch!(in Arlington, MA — yes, the bike has come with me everywhere) My heart is broken that my cherished bike is gone. But in filing the police report, I realized I never wrote down the serial number for the bike. I called up the shop today and Bill answered. He took down my information(at the time of purchase of the bike) and let me know he’d hopefully be able to follow up by next Monday. It’s been 2 hours. And I just got an e-mail from Bill with my serial number, date of purchase, name on the purchase, and the make and model. HOLYCOW I am so shocked and amazed because customer service like this is so hard to come by these days. THANKYOU, THANKYOU to a wonderful shop. I would recommend purchasing your bike here. A bike is a big purchase and customer service is truly key when it comes to bike purchases.

I bought a damaged Easton SLX90 wheel on craigslist. Bill stated that it could only be repaired at the manufacturer. He returned the item and kept me informed of the progress until I had the new part. Reasonable price and very Helpful. I will shop here again.

While I hate giving any business a one-star review, West Chester Bicycle Center is more than deserving. Service was unfriendly, a bit rude, at best, and completely unappreciative of the money I was putting down on pricey cycling shoes. *sadness*
