Fairly nice area. as bus depots go this is a convenient and secure locale with accessibility ramps, lighting, and schedule boards posted. The roof overhead is great shelter from direct sun heat, rain, and snow. However, the lack of a digital monitor board and public announcements, or even some paper schedules, make this service less consumer friendly than it needs to be. I suppose the $ 1/hr multilevel parking garage(max $ 8/day) is a nice feature if you are driving to west chester for shopping or a meal. However, this model does not encourage park and ride to save gas or the environment. I believe that parking should be comped for car to bus users if not discounted further somehow. Furthermore, the Rt. 104 «express» busses make one too many stops and are often over full whether day or night, and this area is no longer served by passenger trains.(SEPTA problems.)
