I own a warehouse with some land in Hanover Park. The grass needed some attention in summer 2014 that my workers and myself could no longer handle. I saw a pickup truck driving in Bartlett that was advertising this company. I wish I didn’t.
They were happy to come meet and quote me some service (though they didn’t show up for 2 – 3 days after they said they’d try to). He quoted me service for the next 4 months. I’d say I was satisfied with the work done for… ZERO of those 4 months. Also, I received my bills from them for rates HIGHER than the quote.
This company is very unreliable. The work is shoddy and I was threatened with a lawsuit when I brought up the invoice discrepancy.

I hired this company with a simple request, snow removal from my homes walk and driveways. They did fine once, from there, they either showed 48 hours after the snow fell, or not at all. They never shoveled the walkway, I called, and asked, and it never improved. Towards the end of winter it snowed yet again, they actually came this time, then tore out all the grass in my parkway with a clearly angry and careless plow driver.
What did they do promptly, sent the bill.
Stay clear, they do not want residential business, and the service is a rip off joke.
They bill well, besides that, not so much.

Estimates and work are done in a timely manner. You will pay what you’ve been quoted. The business owner and workers are very friendly and do great work. Thanks to them, I am always confident that my lawn will look its best!
