Delivery is super fast and the pizza made just how I ordered it. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Fine, but don’t order delivery. We wait double the estimated time. Quality of pizzas is fine, consistent with chain nationwide.

Ordered a Chicken Parmesan Sandwhich for carryout and I would think it wouldn’t be very hard to make a sandwhich. I get home to bread and melted cheese and a spread of marinara, yet… NOCHICKEN!!! I do not understand how you can forget the main component of the sandwhich. Very dissapointing and very embarassing. Takes a lot to frustrate me, but wow, that’s a new dissapointment.

Okay pizza but employees need to know how to cash out the customer correctly.

Really… tried it 35 years after grad school… pitiful but four times more expensive. Go to White Cottage in Carol Stream or Pietanza’s. Much much better taste and value.

It’s not often that I review a quick service pizza joint like a Dominos, however I was pretty impressed with our first experience. Hubby and I had not had Dominos in years, and we saw this location opened up by our house a few months ago. We decided to try it. The online ordering was very easy to use! We ordered two pizzas(one hand tossed and one thin crust) and an order of their sweet bbq specialty chicken. The process was pretty easy, and(yes I’m a nerd) was pretty cool to see the process that our pizza was taking! Not sure if it’s truthful or not, but it did say that«Michael» left the pizza location at 5:44 and pizzas were definitely were at our door by 5:55! The driver even apologized for being late, but he was actually 5 minutes early! Now for the flavor… I honestly don’t remember Dominos prior to the recipe change, but from what I had, it’s pretty good! I’m a thin crust fan, so the fact that this was definitely a thin, crispy crust was very much appreciated! I’ve had thin crust with middle pieces that flop over because the crust is just too flimsy. This one had pieces that stood crisp, almost cracker like. The one thing was that my pizza was a little lukewarm compared to hubby’s hand tossed, but I know how hard it is to keep a pizza warm that’s that thin. The chicken was delish! The bbq bacon had a good amount of bbq and I believe a little bit of cheese. It was a good amount to share between two people. I’m definitely a fan of this Dominos, and I hope they stay!

Domino’s is the kinda pizza that’s pretty good once in awhile, but not 3 times a week(no pizza is I’d imagine!). This location just opened right before Thanksgiving 2014, and we stopped in twice. While the place looked unorganized and ‘hectic’, we will let that slide as it was the first 1 – 2 weeks of it being opened. Our service was good. The first time we placed an order and picked it up — almost no wait. The second time, we stopped in and waited, which was about 15 minutes — which wasn’t a big deal. Employees seemed friendly and vibrant, but again — very busy. Pizza was good. The mushroom and sausage pizza is probably the best. However, the sauce on the pizza can be a bit spicy at times. Order of chicken white meat tenders were VERYGOOD. It actually was similar to how Burger King’s were probably 10 – 15 years ago(back when they were VERY good, and back before BK changed their recipe to mimic McDonald’s chicken nuggets). Our only complaint was that the first time(the first few opening days), the place was having issues with online orders«not going thru», or, we were getting error messages on our side. Turns out, many other people were also. Sometimes the restaurant would still honor the promotions, sometimes they wouldn’t. I guess it all depended on who the manager was during those particular nights.(PROMOTIONSSHOULDHAVE been honored, though — for all.). We’d go back, the prices are reasonable, and it’s close to home. It’s not the best pizza in the world, but for what it is — it’s pretty good once in awhile. NOTE: Their Philly Cheese sandwich is EXCELLENT, in my opinion.

Unfortunately, tried again today. This time my order was placed online. According to the tracker we were close to being cooked when I received a phone call that they did not have enough gluten-free pizza crust to fill the order. No understanding of gluten-free. Had already charged my cc. Offer to refund my money… now an hour after order placed with hungry kids waiting for it and a 2 – 3 day wait for the refund to post. Offered to make it right tomorrow… cuz crusts are supposed to be in at 100am. I will update if/when they make good on that promise. It just continues to be an issue with this location and its management. It might be realistic to think that if you are offering online 50% OFFMENUPRICE pizzas that you should carry sufficient stock of all of your product. This is especially true since the gf crusts are frozen and very much in demand. Think ahead and put your customers first. Can’t say it enough.

It was nice to see them make your pizza, but customer service could be improved. In the 30 min I waited for my pizza(quoted 20): I saw the front line tell a customer they were wrong for seeing the mascot on the street show next weeks promo and they would not honor it and and orders placed after my Med Pizza were sent out. Either the chefs are on social media for the company or just on their phone.
