So far, everything is great. Ron came right out for the estimate. He got his crew assigned right away and the grew was quick! No worries, the tankless unit works great and we have hot water for days!

We purchased a brand new water tank in March and after installation we discovered it was not working properly. It was under warrantee so we contacted the manufacturer and they directed us to Tankless Technology, the only company they were contracted with in our area to do the work. Over several weeks and after multiple messages left (they don’t pick up they’re phone), we finally spoke with someone at the office – they seemed to pick up by accident. A few weeks later and after many broken promises to come out to our house, Mike K. finally came and changed the gas valve. However the problem still persisted and Mike K. from would not return phone calls for several weeks. He did eventually come back and told us it was the dip tube, he claimed he’d order it and send it next day. A promise he’d made and broke before. Again, the part never came and Mike never called us back. The office will not return our phone calls as well. Terrible service, totally unprofessional. Never deal with this company, I don’t know how they’re even in business.
