Café Gourmand

Bought some croissants for my wife and I and they were ¹⁰⁄₁₀
The coffee was INSANEly good. I would go as far as to say, the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life.
Definitely made this my weekend go to spot for coffee and breakfast.

Very cool small place. It’s in the inside of a medical building. Good food for pretty cheap.

This is a good place to go for a light familiar breakfast or lunch, when you don’t want to be in a crowded place with lots of noise and distractions. I have eaten here about 3 times. I’ve had their breakfast croissant (I’m not sure it’s called that), pulled pork sliders, Nutella croissant, a red velvet cupcake and blueberry muffin. I absolutely loved everything I’ve tried and even more the cupcake and muffin, I can’t wait to try their donut with bacon on it. The ladies behind the counter always use fresh produce to prepare meals. They are always friendly and attentive.

Little mom and pops store inside a medical building. Hidden gem! They were so nice and polite! Ordered a small smoothie and she gave us a medium one with no extra charge. While we were there eating our croissants, the owner lady came out to a table near us that had 2 people sitting there eating already and the lady said to them, «Earlier I accidentally overcharged you. Here is your money back.» Those customers didn’t even know they were overcharged. Talk about honesty! Honest business people are rare nowadays. Good karma will be with you! When we left, she waved at us through the glass and had on this big genuine smile. She just gave off a good vibe. Definitely give this place your money!

Breakfast croissant was incredible! Small unassuming place, but flavors delish! Warm fluffy egg, savory bacon, and light buttery croissant will bring me back to this hidden gem.

Delicious mid-​morning breakfast. I had the tuna sandwich on sourdough. Most excellent! Staff is super nice and the coffee isnt to expensive.

I love the breakfast/​brunch here! Normally I wouldn’t go crazy over an egg and cheese croissant however it’s awesome! I get the deluxe because it has avocado and everything better with avocado! It comes with bacon but I’m a vegetarian so I leave it off. I think the croissant gives it a little something extra because the croissant alone is awesome! I also tired the melon smoothie… amazing, it was so yummy!
My only complaint is that they aren’t open earlier, but that’s just because I wake up early and want their food so bad
The girl at the front is really really nice! They also give you a punch card and after you get a full one you get $ 5 off! That’s an awesome deal! Oh and it doesn’t take long to fill the card I went twice (buying mine and my friends food) and I have 1.5 cards full!
Highly recommend this place! Awesome food, great people, and cute atmosphere… What more could you want!

Great little shop with fast service and reasonable prices.
As a newcomer business owner I need food fast. Luckily this place is in the same building as I am. Even luckier is that they will bring the food to you when you put in an order. Well, it helps that my office is a few blocks away.
The food is tasty. The food is fresh. If you ask for certain substitutions such as fruits instead of their delicious fresh made chips, they can accommodate (added charge apply). Their coffee is made very well.
Love the french coffee shop feel to it.

It’s a VERY small shop that serves affordable and delicious food and drinks. I ordered the tuna salad bowl and a chocolate chip cookie. The salad was a good size and was very filling. The cookie is huge and delicious as well. But most of all I love the service. It’s run by a very sweet couple, and they were so nice! The husband gave me a sample of their strawberry lemonade, which is fresh and not too sweet! Definitely will come back here to try out more of their menu (:

I love this coffee shop, Forget about starbucks! Their coffee is yummy. The owner and staff are very friendly! Great way to start your day! It is my first time coming here, but I was very surprised at the service and the quality, I will be coming here on my way to work more often!

I found out about this place because my chiropractor is in the same building and now I always come for their smoothies! The owner is very friendly and they’re always bumping some cool French music. I wish the place was bigger! Right now it’s kind of a grab and go type of place. Nonetheless every time I go, the place has a pretty decent amount of customers which is a clear testament of the quality of products they provide. I’m not sure if they have free wifi, but if they did it would be a pretty cool place to get a bunch of work done.

This spot is hard to find but worth the search. Great for grabbing a quick and lite lunch before shopping. Can’t go wrong with a panini and smoothie! Parking is ample and the staff is very friendly! Try the club and an iced mocha!

I absolutely love this place!
Atmosphere is nice as well as relaxing and the customer service is excellent! The espresso and caramel Macchiato are my favorite! I’d honestly rather come here than Starbucks! Definitely a place you have to try!

Love their strawberry soy frappé. Try their horchata frappé with water instead of milk. So Creamy you don’t even notice milk is missing

Finally a nice coffee and sandwich/​pastry spot near Sunset Medical/​Queen of The Valley Hospital! Very friendly and sweet crew with fresh coffee and fruit. Delicious pastries too. Small and intimate and relaxing and a nice change of pace from the surrounding hospital and clinical environment. Recommended!

Highest Quality in food farmers market fruits and vegetables fresh and French brewed iced coffee for 1 dollar and their Raspberry lemonade with mint tastes like a Mojito without the Alcohol so amazing I am going here instead of starbucks or subway this is my chill spot and the place to eat … they even have boba wow not going to half and half or quickly or any other boba this place is the Place to go if you are looking for quality!!!

I’ve rarely review businesses but I was thoroughly impressed with this café and felt the need to let the community know of a his hidden gem. The facility located in the corner of a medical plaza, it is clean & modern. The staff was very friendly and more than willing to explain the menu and their philosophies on truly fresh food. I tried the tuna melt, as promised the sandwich tasted fresh and delicious. The price was surprisingly inexpensive, you definitely get your moneys worth at Café Gourmand. Next time I will try the coffee or maybe the fresh fruit shaved ice and report back. I would recommend this little café for anybody looking for a delicious snack, lunch, breakfast or even a light dinner.

My favorite little café made some awesome updates so I decided to update my review. They still have their delicious signature sandwiches, and now they added weekly specials of a variety of different homemade meals including: lasagna w/​salad, pulled pork BBQ sandwiches w/​coleslaw, chicken teriyaki w/​steamed veggies and brown rice etc. Awesome customer service, I enjoy their food and company. Keep it up guys! Bön Appétit! :)

Came in for a quick bite after leaving the dentist. Quick delicious and a great start to my morning. Especially after hearing the news about getting a root canal lol
