Great phở. You must get the Filet Mignon. The place is very clean. The quality of meat is good too.

For a place that still had a plant saying«Grand Opening» by the front of the door, it felt like the upkeep speaks«I’ve been here for a while and I just don’t care.» Floors and tables were dirty and stacks of cardboard boxes fill the latter half of the restaurant. TV mounts without TVs made out about half of the TVs in the restaurant. Probably most redeeming qualities of the restaurant was the strong AC and the great service provided by the sole waitress. Now, onto the food. To start, we had the shrimp egg rolls. It came with two egg rolls that was loosely wrapped and light on the ingredients. It tasted alright, would have been better if they added a fried egg roll wrapper in there to give it some extra crunch — it wasn’t something I would order again or recommend as I definitely had better less expensive ones elsewhere. For the entrée, I got the dry noodles with the pork chop and beef. I like how you were able to choose two items from a list of at least half a dozen items and it still included an egg roll in there. The bowl didn’t look big, but boy was there a lot of food! I was having a utensil crisis though since I was presented with fork and knife for a dish I usually eat with chopsticks! In the end, I used the fork and knife to cut up the pork chop and the beef and them used my chopsticks to mix up the ingredients and finish up the dish. Crisis averted! All in the all, the main dish had good portion and the flavors were good. Instead of the shrimp egg rolls as a starter, I would recommend the fried egg rolls instead. I’m giving this place a 3.5 stars, but I am rounding down to 3 stars because the place just isn’t that clean. Please hire at least one more waitress to lighten the load for the sole waitress there!

We love this place. It is clean and the service is great! It also doesn’t have the Vietnamese smell like the other restaurant in the area. We have been here many times and our got to dishes are: rice dish, fried rice, seafood with egg noodles, and dry noodles. The drinks are delicious too!

Been here before with shaky service, there was only one server and one cook on staff previously but today was just exceptional. I forget the girls name that was there but she had tattoos, she was great, very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Food came out quick and the older woman that brought it out was very kind and polite as well. Thanks for the great service!

I prefer this location to the Garvey location. The reason why is that the Garvey location has young kids that are just at a job. The Amar location has the owner there who is very appreciative of your business and their employees really seem to care and are so nice. You feel most welcomed there. I also think you get more for your money, serving of Phở seems more substantial. I love their all white meat chicken phở, great flavor, its always my go to meal. Wish I could comment on the rest of their menu but I always order the same thing. Price is great too!

I was looking for phở during lunchtime and came across this one being nearby. The menu seems to be more of a fusion of Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai items. I saw their happy hour menu and I gave them a try because the price was nice. I ordered the combination filet mignon phở which was was pretty good(had lots of tripe so tell them to exclude it if you aren’t into that). The soup base was fine and the beef was great. I also ordered the Shrimp spring rolls which were bomb with the peanut dip. They have a self-serve salad bar so you can add all the bean sprouts and mint leaves you like. I like how they have a good selection of drinks similar to a tea house(i.e. green tea, milk teas, boba, etc.). They also have a special deal for drinks during happy hour as well. Place was clean and the service was fast. It was a great spot, but not the best if you are generally looking for phở, as the place is more of a fusion and not every single Vietnamese-style phở was available.

First time I went here and it was okay. I went with my family and it seemed like everyone else’s food looked really appetizing. One thing I didn’t quite like was the variance between the menu and what the kitchen actually has. I ordered vegetarian noodles and I asked if there was vegetarian broth as it states under the description on the menu but the waitress said they only had beef and chicken broth, which surprised me since it claims to be a vegetarian dish. I’m not a vegetarian but that seems like an inconvenience to those who think it is. Not sure if it was miscommunication between us, but that confused me. Food was fine, I ended up ordering it with chicken broth and it was a little bland so I added soy sauce to make it decent.

Great service, great food, great environment and the drinks there are pretty tasty as well. This is how great they were. I came in about twenty minutes earlier than they open up and they still took great care of me. Service goes a long way and they did do a great job. I will go back for more soon since I live around the area.

Was looking for a good place to get phở in the area, the place we were going to go to was closed so we looked on Unilocal and thought we would try it out. So glad we chose to come here! Giselle & Eddie were both so friendly! And the food was AMAZING! Everything is so fresh. Definitely recommend this place!

Cali Noodles and Grill treat people and food right. Located next to one of my favorite markets(Seafood City), Cali Noodles surprised me on how superb their customer service is. The way things work here is: 1.) Order your food at the register 2.) Find a table 3.) Enjoy your food The employees here are so nice that they even went out of their way to get me an ingredient for my vegetarian tofu. I was very impressed when they did this for me. To top it off, my order came and was ready within 15 minutes. They have a clean restroom and they have flatscreen TVs for viewing. They have a good business going over here. Keep up the great work and thank you for such great food and a great first time experience dining here. I will surely be back.

Hard to know what to praise first about this place; the food or the service. Everyone working is attentive and friendly. A personal thanks to Vianka who provided better service and attention to detail than I’ve received in high-end restaurants. The food at Cali is top notch from start to finish. It is obvious that they use only quality ingredients. The meat has no gristle or noticeable fat, the seafood is fresh, the vegetables are colorful and crisp. The preparation is simple without unnecessary chemicals. You can actually taste the food, spices and flavors. I found Cali by chance, but I will definitely be back with purpose.

So I was in town visiting my sister and I like the good brother that I am, I took her to the nail place across the shopping center and decided to hang around for the duration, but quickly started to get hungry, per usual. I was going to head into Jolibee(i’m a jolibee virgin) but I noticed there was a noodle place just beyond that. I wasn’t feeling particularly like a risk taker on this Valentines sunday(yes, i’m very fun at parties), so I went with the safe bet. Upon entering I was quickly greeted by one of the waitresses and I was shown to a nice private vacant corner. I was greeted by another waitress who was more than excited to tell me about the best items on the menu, and I decided to go with the pork and beef rice plate. The plate came out really quickly despite how busy it was and it was visually beautiful, glistening meat is my weakness and the servings were abundant. All in all, I came here out of convenience but I would come here again even if it was out of my way, the prices were reasonable and the food was great. I was even in and out before my sisters appointment was finished. and to the pretty waitress with the pink apron and red lips holla at me next time i come by!!! =p

This Thai/Vietnamese fusion place is pretty good. I had the tofu and shrimp vermicelli noodles, and it was pretty good. I also had the passion green tea, which I must say was pretty delicious. I definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back to try other items on the menu.

Salty broth I was recovering and needed –just a delicious soup… The wonton soup looked so delicious and the reviews were ok… My cousin picked up some fried rice as well– which was good .But the broth was way too salty for my taste. The actual wontons in the soup were good(marinating/swimming in the saltiness) not enough to save the soup … Key word: salty!

There’s finally a phở place in this plaza! We decided to try this and upon going inside we were greeted with a nice waitress and noticed her customer service was really great throughout our stay there. She always had a smile on her face too Anyway upon noticing the menu I noticed the phở pictures had flat noodles and I’m used to the thin rice noodles just like any person but did read that you can substitute the noodles. I did learn that they try really hard to make their food as healthy as possible here as well. I forgot the name of the soup I ordered but it was the«spicy» one. I believe it’s the only spicy one as well. Anyway as I tried it, it wasn’t as spicy as I thought, and it was on the light mild side of spice which is perfect for me because I can’t handle spicy food. The broth is a little bland though but did not make me thirsty though. Usually if the broth makes me thirsty for water, the broth has msg. So I’m assuming their broth doesn’t have MSG or they do not use as much MSG compared other places. Their noodles… It’s pretty fresh for what it is because the noodles do not get stuck together as you lift the noodles away from the bowl. It’s pretty good. I’ll go back to this place. Pricing however is somewhat the same as the phở places I go to.

It’s a nice sight amidst all the Filipino eateries in this shopping center. I hit a moment where I wasn’t in the mood for Filipino food and stumbled upon this Vietnamese spot. I ordered a bowl of bun(vermicelli noodle salad) with grilled beef and chicken. You can order two proteins(beef, chicken, pork, tofu). The amount of meat in relation to the other components of this bun is perfect. It’s filling and delicious. Also, I must note the super sweet wait staff here — it’s totally the opposite vibe I usually get at a Vietnamese phở and grill spot where they are super friendly and helpful.
