Edgewood Highschool

The atmosphere of the school reaks of positivity; the teachers are good at their jobs and will help you out. In terms of academics, EHS is unparalleled by West Covina, South Hills, Sierra Vista, etc.
It is true that our various sports programs are lacking; we still don’t have a football team, for example. Our Softball Teams and Swim teams are decent enough though.
The IB program, which means International Baccalaureate, is a rigorous program that is above even what AP has, because these are internationally held standards. Getting a full diploma is challenging, but the rewards are immense.
The students here are just nice people. Edgewood had a grand total of one fight in the past year, and even that fight was a minor scuffle compared to what West Covina has. There aren’t any major cliques, and all students get along with each other. There are different kinds of people who hang out with each other of course, but it isn’t as set in stone and there isn’t any bad blood between people.

I like the big soccer field, baseball field, track and field. Definitely the Field of Dreams for people to be sportman or to be just healthy.
