not this time five guys. I placed an order by phone. completely forgot the GF had ordered a drink on top of the milkshake we got… fought traffic all the way there. got there. manager forgot to give me a cup. I didn’t catch the mistake since I was in a rush to get back and had completely forgot about it. burger and fries were good. peanut butter milkshake was good at first but it was just way too much. too heavy. negative review is because i’m still bitter at the $ 3 i wasted. I believe that it’s the server’s /cashiers responsibility to ensure that the order is correct, not the customers. sigh. until they do something to go above and beyond, this is staying here.

I went today for my first time and omg it’s sooo good. To me I don’t understand how people can compare this to in n out. I think they are totally different and can not be compared. I got the little cheeseburger with, lettuce, ketchup, mayo, mustard. Grilled onions, green bell peppers, mushroom on the side. My friend and I shared Cajun fries(so good but they did have a little kick to them). I will def come back.

My daughter dragged me here since she said their fries were like the ones I made at home. Burgers were pretty good. However; the fries, not so much. Partially cooked and greasy beyond belief. Like the ones I make, I think not. A lot of people like this place but I am not going back.

This place is filthy and disgusting. None of the tables are clean crap all over the floor!

Ordered the mini hamburger and stole some fries from my friends, somehow the rave about this place just isn’t up to my expectation. The beef patty was thin and dry but I do love their many choices of free toppings and sauces though. Their fries is just normal, nothing special. I’m sticking with In-N-Out.

This is a burger spot I have had on my list for a while. My cousins were in town from Sydney and we went shopping at the West Covina mall and decided to get some burgers for dinner. Since this was my first time, I wasn’t familiar with the menu. Saw that a regular burger was 2 patties and a «small» burger was 1. We basically all got small burgers and you could choose as many as 8 or 9 toppings versus no toppings. I basically got the lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. Ooh one cool thing was unlimited peanuts… and you can throw the shells on the floor! Overall the burger was pretty tasty, the bun was a bit over toasted. The fries were really fresh and still had the skin on it, which is kind of nice. I think everyone enjoyed their food. I can’t say it was anything spectacular but good quality burgers.

Not that many people for a Saturday night. We both ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and a large fries to share. The portion is more than enough to give you a food coma. The quality of the burger and fries is delicious. The burgers and fries are made to order so you can taste the freshness. The workers were very friendly and attentive. On several occasions they asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything. When they’re not busy attending to the customers, they are maintaining the cleanliness of the establishment. Only bad part is the parking at the mall; it’s crazy! Five stars for Five Guys! If you asked me if I wanted Five Guys or five guys(), I’d tell you to get me a bacon cheeseburger and fries on the side

Cajun Fries!!! I am a potato guy, and I gotta say I think their cajun fries are the best fries I’ve ever had. With ketchup its like eating into heaven lol. Their burgers are ok, I think of the fast food chains In and outs still tops out. But I’d recommend coming here to get their cajun fries. Sometimes I just get a in and out burger and order me some cajun fries to compliment. For what you pay for, you also get quite a lot of fries. A regular is good enough to fulfill two people.

Burger is always so flavorful, so much better than in n out in my opinion. They always give me so many fries, I can’t finish them by myself.

Lol I would of gave these guys 5 stars, up Until my lady friend got up and asked for some ranch and was told they didn’t have any!!! Whata!!! Smh but overall great food

No doubt a solid burger. Not better than in n out but definitely worth it to come try. I do like their fries. My only quip about this place is that here is no secret sauce or anything. I feel like I can make this burger at home. It is a well made burger that I feel anybody can replicate. Be sure to get a hamburger lettice wrapped with all the free toppings. It is my go-to order.

Came here several times before so don’t let the amount of check ins fool you. They have a solid burger that you can load up with a ton of toppings. If you get fries, go with the Cajun style. The staff is pretty nice and friendly. The«little» size is pretty decent and can fill up an average Joe. The bad thing about this place is the exposed peanuts everywhere. If you have a severe allergic reaction to peanuts, you might die. Don’t die in a burger place.

Went here on the weekend around the evening time. Was 8pm or so, and was pretty empty inside, surprisingly. It took 15 minutes to get my food, which took longer then expected, since I was the only one in there for a short while. I ate a few peanuts, but finally order was finished. Ordered a cheese burger with fries. I absolutely love their burgers. A true authentic burger with fresh ingredients. The fries were good as well, but nothing too special, as the burger. This is the only close location for 5 Guys in my area, so I’ll definitely come again.

I don’t get why five guys don’t have better reviews and ratings. I think the meat is super delicious. I usually get the single with grilled onions, mushrooms and wow their bbq sauce blew me away. It’s really yummy and kind of puts the burger over the top. I’ve tried both regular fries and Cajun fries and I like the Cajun better. The spice seasoning and heat are an amazing combination. The free peanuts are a cool added bonus. I don’t eat too much peanuts nowadays. It’s a nice change from the other burger joints. I have no idea why people compare five guys to in n’ out. It’s totally different. Anyways it’s always super clean the times I’ve been here. The workers are constantly keeping busy with cleaning the floors, wiping down the table tops or throwing out the trash. Great job five guys. You put a major stamp in the burger phenomenon! I will be returning plenty of times.

First time here and good God Almighty it was such a hassle. The girl told my boyfriend she couldn’t manually type in the numbers on the gift cards we had after she tried sliding them an umpteen amount of times because it was corporate policy which made absolutely no sense to me. I work retail. It’s a thing. So he called corporate office, and the rep said the policy was that you could type in the numbers and we had $ 5 in each one. So we marched back in there and told her what happened and she called the district manager and ended up comp’ing our meal. So yeah, we got a free meal but it was such a hassle that i don’t even know it was worth it. Keep up the customer service, 5 Guys.

Came in with two $ 5 gift cards, neither of them would swipe at the register. The manager told me it was company policy not to enter the numbers on the gift cards manually. I called the number on the back of the gift cards, the customer service rep was very nice, told me both cards were still good for $ 5 and that the store could in fact enter the numbers manually. I walked back in and the manager called her manager who told her to comp my meal and take the gift cards. Works for me. Buy your friends gift cards to somewhere else. Meal: 3 stars Phone Customer Service: 5 stars In Store Experience: 1 star, pretty annoying

My boyfriend and I went last night for the first time and let me tell you… it was a total FAIL! We arrived and it was completely dead, no clients and the employees were just chit chatting in the back. We placed our order, and sat as we waited. All the tables and chairs were dirty. disgusting dirty! I did not see one employee walk out to clean the lobby area… I had to grab a couple of napkins and clean the table myself. We order 2 cheeseburgers and an order of fries and total was about $ 27.(We were better off going to In-N-Out). HERECOMESTHEBESTPART… As my boyfriend was chewing some fries, he found a hair! GROSS! There was no manager to place a complaint to so we decided to leave… totally disappointed! First and last time we come! If you like eating your fries with hair… check this place out! ***BARF

This is a great Five Guys! Great burgers!!! It’s located at the Westfield West Covina Mall right next to the new Lucille’s BBQ. Outside seating and inside seating. Abundant parking. Beware of weekends as Lucille’s gets very full and parking is scarce. At five guys there are large portions. Make sure if your not a big eater to order the«little» versions.

F A I L! This place was no bueno! Five Guys is not even in the same league as In N Out. Bacon Cheeseburger — $ 6.86 — The bacon cheeseburger at Jack or Carl’s taste better then this burger and you pay a whole lot less for it. Cheeseburger — $ 6.09 — I make a better burger in my backyard. The meat had no flavor and was not juicy like a burger should be. Cajun Style Fries — $ 3.09 — Soggy bland hot mess. I would never eat here again!
