Simple, cheap, yet effective. Prices of shirts went up a few months ago to $ 2.10 a piece. No biggy. You drop your clothes off and they’re ready by 5pm two days later. Cards can’t be used under $ 5 I believe.

–ZEROSTARS!!! I am a petite individual so I’ve always always always had to alter my pants, jeans, dresses. I have been doing that for years, so I know the length of my pants and how it should be, and how I want them to be, I have never once been indecisive. I walked in, brought one of my jeans in that I had recently purchased and told him to cut it at the ankle, we measured it, I gave him the OKAY. I asked him how much it was to leave the original hem, he said $ 14.00 so I passed on that because my jeans were cheap to begin with, like $ 40, and the bottom hem was nothing special, and I am a working college student so every bit counts. I didn’t have time to go pick it up 2 days later so I asked my dad to pick it up. I saw the jeans and noticed he kept the original hem for me for free, well, either that, or it was a mistake, but either way I was very appreciative! I didn’t try it on till a week later, it was 2 inches too long!!! I always alter my jeans at the ankle, these jeans were below the heel of my foot!!! VERYUNACCEPTABLE! But, I thought, no biggie, I’ll just go back and let him fix it. Fast forward to today: I brought in my jeans, I informed him that he kept the original hem and that I APPRECIATED that, but they were too long,(I started the complaint off with a compliment before getting to the nitty gritty) he immediately, DIDNOT want to hear what I had to say, brushed me off and said he had to charge me again for the job, and that he only charged me $ 7 for a $ 14 job. I kept calm because he is an older gentleman, and I respect elders. I kept calm as he kept cutting me off as I explained to him that I have been cutting my jeans for 7+ years and never once will I ask someone to cut it that long. HEDIDN’T WANTTOHEARANYOFIT. He looked the other way, EXTREMELYRUDE, helped other people while I was still talking to him… now If this was someone else, say someone who did not respect others, this would have gone downhill from the very start. But, since its me, I kept my cool, until… he said… «DON’T BECHEAP» Oh hell no!!! really??? did he just CALLMECHEAP? That turned my switch, and I told him, that he shouldn’t have charged me for something he messed up on, and I will NEVERBEBACK, NEITHERWILL I ALLOWANYOFMYFRIENDSORFAMILYTOUTILIZETHEIRSERVICESAGAIN!!! Oh well, I know that won’t affect him much, but it’s the morality of the entire situation that counts, he was rude off the bat, very offensive, and did not communicate with the customer. I felt belittled and unappreciated as a paying customer. He needs to take a class on customer service 101. DON’T ALTERYOURJEANSHERE, THEYWILLENDUPBEING2.5INCHESTOOLONG.

My regular dry-cleaning place for the past couple years. Clothes always come out on time and looking good. Brian is great at remembering me has my clothes ready quickly when I enter the store. Hopefully I remember to take back some of these dry-cleaning hangers than are clogging my closet…

This place sucks. It’s expensive but doesn’t do a good job. My clothes still smell– Korean BBQ, my perfume/sweat, after they are«dry-cleaned». Don’t know wth this places actually did. Never come back here.

Had a suit cleaned… no frills and nothing special. They got the job done. $ 10 and it was taken care of in 24 hours. They take credit cards, though I’m not sure if they take AMEX. Support your local business!

I’m a total sucker for places that remember my name, so even if they weren’t professional, polite, quick, and very fairly priced, I would probably still love this place. I have gone to many different dry cleaners in my day, but this one takes the cake. They have never ruined or lost an item of mine, and although my roommate and I disagree over the price history(he swears that prices went up, but I thought it was always $ 3.75 for slacks), the prices here are so much better than other places I’ve gone to. AND the quality of work is better here as well. Also love that they’re open late enough to pick up after work as long as you’re not working super late.

This place is pretty far from me, but I went here because it’s open until 7pm. I usually get back around 6:30, when all the other cleaners are closed. I got three women’s suits dry cleaned at around $ 9.50 each. That’s a very reasonable price! I passed by the Hong Kong Supermarket next door and picked up some veggies. Successful evening =) The turnaround time is also really fast. It only took two days. I’m sure it could have taken less time if I asked.

Best Cleaners I’ve been to, hands down. Couple of reasons why: 1. For being Asian owned, they speak pretty good english. 2. The prices are reasonably cheap: –pants = $ 3.75 –sweaters = $ 4 –dress shirts = $ 1.95 3. They also do onsite alterations for clothes and spot cleaning for large rugs. 4. The owner, my main man Brian, will always remember your name, so once I say hi to him he’s quick to get my stuff w/o hesitation! This place is truly a hole in the wall, diamond in the rough! No complaints with Flower Fresh One Hour Cleaners! The best in the biz!

UPDATE:(a week later) the shoe wears fine. sweet!
