Long story, short (3 month ordeal)…I order on-​line and went into all large stores looking for daughters catchers gear. Online orders kept on being delayed and stores couldn’t get product/​color scheme we wanted in a timely manner. This store was recommended by travel ball coach. Don’t let the store size fool you. These guys know there S**t! They not only knew the gear I was looking for but they had it in stock, WTF?! Nobody had this in stock. Within 30 minutes my daughter had been fitted (too big) so we placed an order and had our gear within 5 business days. Competitively priced. Everybody promised, THESE GUYS DELIVERED!!! Thank you ITP!!!

I bought some baseball gloves they ripped in 2 visits to BLD. I saw the worker at BLD and he said no returns without a receipt. I am more than certain they could’ve sent the gloves back to their rep and got a replacement. I’m not going to die over losing out on $ 40. However, this is for the customers. Needless to say, I will never do business nor recommend anyone to this store.
