I ordered medium fries here last night around 6PM via drive thru. When I came home I noticed the fries were very soggy and not crispy. It seems as though they were selling fries that had been sitting there for days and just kept the heat lamp on. I took a few bites but ended up having to throw it away. what a waste of my money.
Today, I woke up with food poisoning. That was the last thing I ate.
You all should just kill yourselves.

Usually using the drive through. It is a 50 – 50 chance. If you ask me, check the content before your drive away.
Since they are 50 – 50 I give them 3 stars, since even they can mistakes, they may be the fastest in the area.

This is the worst fast food place in the world. On Thursday 12/​03/​2015 my family and myself went through the drive thru and bought food after eating the food and drinking the drinks I discovered that there where several ants inside my cup see the pictures that I attached. I’m pissed I don’t know how many ants I drunk. I then called and spoke to a manager there onsite by the name of Denise and she wasn’t helpful at all. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, I have notified the corporate office, I called the help department and I have also posted multiple pictures on social media sites. After going back to the Mc Donald’s several hours lady to show the manager the ants that was found inside of my cup I noticed multiple ant trails near the register in there false plants and near the dinning area soda machine once again see the picture. After trying to speak to the manager an irate terrorist customer interfered in my conversation and called me all types of racist names I called the police a report was done and I’m waiting on a resolution I am pissed this place needs to be shut down they have bugs everywhere

WORST MCDONALDS TO DRIVE THROUGH! something is ALWAYS missing from my order and I’ve had to go back a few times only to encounter MAJOR attitude from cashiers. Pastry’s are NEVER fresh and the wait is horrendous! Who are these people??? Why are they in business??? THIS MCDS NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT !

This mc donalds interior is nice but its very small and limited seating especially during lunch service was great they bring ur food to ur table

This McDonald’s has a false sense of short wait time! They have double lane ordering to make it seem like you’re going to be in and out quick, but that’s not the reality! They take your order in a timely matter, but are very slow to get your order out to you! We waited at least 15 mins in the drive thru! Very disorganized! If you’re in a rush this is not the place to go!

It is a nice place to unwind after bringing family to church. The kids complain sometime that it does not have any Play place. It is small compared to the N hacienda Blvd branch.

They’ve improved on their accuracy since I last reviewed. Fast, standard, average in accuracy, and still convenient.

Foods often cold, and twice they forgot to put a toy in my happy meals! Have they any idea what happens when I get home and my kids realize there is no toy? LOL
I need to quit coming to this location. Close and convenient but not if my kids are whining about a cheap toy.

Bad customer service, the workers are very rude. Never coming back

First time at this location. Staff was very pleasant and very polished with their uniforms, even in drive thru. Better than other locations I’ve been to. Tried the sirloin burger and it was very tasty. I would definitely recommend this location and the food. They were very fast in drive thru as well.

It’s nice, it’s new. Has a double drive up to order. A brand new Fast Food place is always nicer then the old ones. But at night on weekends sometime they only accept cash before closing because they are doing a computer or register close out, So that was the only negative thing I could think of, luckily I had cash that night

A manager tried to kick me out for being in here to long, where is that sign at? Don’t offer free WiFi if you can’t handle moochers on it! She said to me «you been here a while yes, it’s time to go» and walked off like she was on fire. If she says anything else which I doubt, she seemed scared I’ll just ask for a water cup.
The manager is having a dang family reunion as I speak with 3 little kids running around and yelling and tossing toys around and has the nerve to try and kick me out? Ha! If you are reading this so called manager, I leave when I am good and ready!
Fyi, I did pay for food and had every right to be there than anyone else.

What a fancy mcdonalds. This location is awesome. There can be a lot of homeless people around this place in the mornings but the staff is pretty good about keeping the bathrooms and dining hall clean. I particularly like the way the lady makes my coffee here. And i also appreciate that their food tastes «fresher» than at most other locations, or rather it tastes like it hasnt been sittin there all day. I mostly come here however because their bathrooms are so clean and their sinks are like fountains. I get so relaxed while washing my hands. Definitely makes my experience here better.

Been here late at night for the 2 for $ 3.50 Big Macs. Or whatever the price was.
Also came another time for a Double Quarter Pounder meal. That was a mistake because that was super dry. Then again, any kind of McDonald’s burger is dry.
Third time was to get two drinks because they’re a dollar.
All three times, I used the drive-​thru. They have the double drive-​thru thing going on. For some reason, my third try here just getting drinks took a lot more time than the other two times. Weird, but yeah.
Anyway. I’d only come here for the Dollar Menu, which includes their drinks.

This place was great. Now sure why there are two Unilocal check ins for this location, but this Is a very clean and fashionable location. I stopped to use the restroom and was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely go back here. The bathroom was pristine and clean. I really enjoyed this bathroom break. :-)

I was so excited to check out this new location because it just seemed to appear one day. From the modern exterior to the attractive interior glass and tile finishes, I’d have to say that this is a beautiful McDonalds. The dining room does have an odd layout and does feels bit small compared to other locations, but the service was fast, sort of friendly, but I didn’t care for the girls shouting VERY loudly the order numbers. Perhaps they could invest in an overhead PA system. The food quality was good, nothing burnt or cold. I will be back again the visit this so modern and beautifully decorated McDonalds.

You know, I don’t know what these other two women are complaining about but the food here is good.
And if you don’t want salt on your fries, TELL THEM NO SALT! Grow a pair, put your big girl pants on, and say something. Geez…
