Been going here ever since we moved to West Covina a couple years ago. Its nice to have a go to spot for breakfast, lunch, and/​or dinner; and delicious pastries/​desserts. All the sandwiches are delicious as well as the kabobs. Good portions and price.

This place never seems to disappoint! Both my girlfriend and myself come here very often and we til this day have not received bad service or low quality food! It is always delicious and everyone is super friendly! Between 4 and 8 pm they have 20% off entire meal so now you have no excuse not to come try it!

Never judge a store by the outside appearance. Been here twice so far, and both times the food and service was exceptional.
First time, got the Manhattan sub, and that was one of the best roast beef sandwiches I have ever had! I got the large, which lasted me 3 meals, because the meat they put in was so hefty, I had to split the sandwich up. Even after the 2^nd day eating it straight out of the fridge, the meat stayed juicy, and the bread stayed soft. Most sandwiches if eaten out of the fridge are dry as f*. This was definitely a first for me.
Second time, I took my mom here so try the kabobs, and boy do they give you what you pay for! Large portions, and the meat was so tender! I love how they let you choose healthy side options, like hummus, and if you like hummus, there’s is a must try! So fresh, and tasty! My mom instantly fell in love with the food.
The staff that works here is very friendly, and the vibes are very casual. They do have tables, but I noticed most people take their food to go, so I don’t see this place ever really being packed. Good place to relax and enjoy a meal.
Great food. Great service. Can’t wait to go back and try their Yankee Sub, and a latte.

My fish & chips meal came with a nice green salad. The tartar sauce was excellent and so was the cold slaw side dish. This was my first experience here and I definitely will return.

Holy smokes, what a pleasant surprise! The outside looks dodgy but inside is nicer. The staff are nice and the food is both healthy and DELICIOUS! Tried their grilled chicken kabob with salad and it was soo good. And I grew up in a culture with the best kabobs. Highly recommend this place!

This place has changed so much. I ordered a Little Italy sandwich which was suppose to come with sweet peppers and vinegar/​oil but had none. Also the meat was 1 thin slice of each type as listed… with hardly any cheese. Very sad looking sandwich. I’ve been to New York and this is not at all a New York type/​style sandwich. Skip this place…

It’s always so pleasant eating here after work hours. Aside from the 20 percent off happy hour prices, the place is too cozy and makes up for having a tired, long day! They have specials of the day and serves wide variety of food options from sandwiches, pizza to kebobs! You have to try their kebobs !! I always order them because they’re just awesome and very tasty ! They also give you a big portion BUT the hummus would cost you 2 bucks lol if you want that in your combo! Also, this place ‘s location is so convenient– close to the mall, courthouse and county offices. Perfect for a lunch date!
They also carry good selection of pastries — cookies, muffins, cakes, etc! Also — this place so serves alcohol, in case you want to know…
Most of the servers here are friendly! No complaints.

Love this place. Not too many great places around West Covina for lunch but this place is consistently good. I love the ladies that work there, fast service… they remember that I usually get the tuna sandwich add cucumbers ;) Pasta and potato salad are good, breakfast burritos are delicious. basically everything I’ve had or seen has been good. Food is reasonably priced.

We finally had a chance to try this place after seeing a couple of commercial on TV. My family and I were pleasantly surprised. The place is located in a odd shopping center across from the West Covina Court House.
I ordered the chicken thigh kabobs, my wife had a croissant breakfast sandwich, and my kids shared a peperoni pizza. The chicken kabob was awesome, moist, and well-​seasoned. The rice pilaf was also very good. My wife loved her sandwich and my kids loved their pizza.
If you are the area and want to try something different, then give this place a try. We will definitely be back for more.

Gyro plate is excellent and I’m from Chicago too so I know good gyros. Chicken breast plate is good too. I will be trying there delicious looking burger today so stay posted. Food so far ¹⁰⁄₁₀

It was out first time here and we loved it! We will most def be coming back. I had the Staten Island sandwich and it was yummie! My hubby had the meatball sandwich and was super pleased. They serve breakfast and also burgers in which we will be trying real soon.

Found out they had bagels and tried other pastries and they were spectacular. going to come back for breakfast for some smoked fish with my bagels.

The chili cheese fries were amazing, and they give a good portion for the price. I also had the meatball sub the balls were dry although the sauce was tasty. The place is also a bakery, and let me say that stuff looks amazing. I wanted to try everything. The dining area is clean and has a cool vibe, the people are nice and friendly, i would definitely go again.

This place has become one of our favorite local places to eat! Everything we have tried has been amazing! Today we ordered a large ham and pineapple pizza and a small order of fries.
The pizza was awesome! It was so fresh and cheesy! They didnt skimp on the toppings and there was just the right amount of sauce. The fries were also very good. There was more than enough fries for the two of us to share.
Its going to be hard to choose what to order the next time we come in because everything we order is better than the last!

I sampled a piece of their raspberry cream cake and it was terribly dry. I hesitated to put an order in for a strawberry cream cake for my boyfriends birthday but I did it anyways.
When I came to pick it up, it looked nicely decorated and I couldn’t wait to try it later on that night.
We finally cut the cake and to my surprise it came out amazing. The cream taste fresh and not too sweet or heavy like grocery store cakes. The strawberries were also fresh and the cake part was like heaven.
Maybe the raspberry sample I had tried had been sitting there for a while but the cake was to die for!
I am definitely ordering cakes from here all the time. The lady that helped me was also very nice and provided great service!

Today was my first time coming here because I saw the reviews on Unilocal.And I have to say I am not disappointed at all. We ordered a chicken kabob, a small pizza and we got a few pastries also.
The cashier was very friendly when we came in, we placed our order a a lucky for us it was happy hour (20% off from 4−8pm for orders over $ 10) wow! That was great. The food was fresh and delicious. We went back to the counter to get a business card and the cashier asked us how the food was. Shows they really care and take pride in their food.
Now this place is a bit hidden but very clean and I will be coming back.

Let me straight out honest. My daughters and I just come here for the pastries! They are so different from 85° bakery, and Portals. Each one has their own spin on pastries, but for a YUMMY pastries that goes perfect with coffee, this is the spot! Had a wonderful dinner and craving something, this is the spot! Weather it be a mini cheese cake, or a tart, this place never disappoints!

Came here for lunch since Panera was way too packed, and was not disappointed at all. The deli is fairly big in size with ample seating inside and outside and super clean. Inside they have a television so you can enjoy while you eat. To the right you will find the many delicious desserts they have to offer and to the right you can order from their restaurant menu.
They have different types of sandwiches and paninis as well as different soups and salads. The place also offers pizzas, pastas, and various fried dishes and yes kabobs. I had the turkey and Swiss sandwich and it was really good. Their ingredients were super fresh as was their bread. The sandwich included a pickle and a side for which i chose the macaroni salad which was quite tasty.
The customer service was great and the women working were really friendly and make you feel welcome. I have them 4 stars because of the wait. There was only one other customer when I arrived yet I waited about 20 minutes for my sandwich. I know they take phone orders but the wait was still long in my books. Will be back though as they have items that I would like to try, although this time I will call my order ahead of time to avoid the wait.

Review for the Cannolis only: Arrived here around 4:20pm on a Saturday — wasn’t really that packed. They’re located on the otherside of West Covina city hall. Nice place to actually come if you don’t want to deal with crowds or if you want to just talk and chill with family and friends and even to study.
I came here for the cannolis. I was craving them and was stoked to find this place on Unilocal in West Covina. The cannolis are $ 2.50 each and I got two. They were refreshing and newly decorated. However, I didn’t taste mascapone in them and tasted more of heavy whipping cream and they’re smaller over here. The ones from Frederico’s Bakery in Pasadena and Tony’s Pizza in San Marino makes them bigger and authentic.
The ambience of this place is pretty chilled. Two stars for the nice girl at the counter and that they had cannolis here. I might come again next time to try other things and hopefully be able to upgrade their stars.
