14 years ago I came to this modest doctors facility. Terrified of doctors, pregnant with my first child. Dr. Shah took care of me. She is a quiet, gentle, wise woman. Now I have 4 children and she has taken care of me through all of them… all healthy and living. Two of my children were high risk pregnancies and she took every precaution and payed attention to all of my needs. She may not talk much but she listens carefully. With each child I had different concerns and when I addressed these concerns with the hospital each time I was told that my OB Dr (Dr.Shah) had already informed them.
I have gone to her long enough to see a few of her staff come and go. They are busy and efficient. They take care of orders right then and there. When you are sent to a specialist your paper work will be in order. You will not be told that your Dr.‘s staff has neglected to send paperwork.
Her office is right across from the hospital. During my four pregnancies there were times that I ended up at the hospital with false alarms or complications. They do notify her when you are at the hospital and she will physically run across the street to pop her head in and make sure you are ok. She will take her time with you and for this there will be times you will have to be patient while she cares for others.
She is thorough and did catch that I had a stomach condition that was outside of her ob-​gyn specialties, because she was listening! I was there for an annual check up and had made a statement that I had heartburn during small talk.
When you visit Dr. Shah’s office you may not be impressed by a fancy office, nor will she overwhelm you with a lot of conversation or an abundance of information. But she will care for you and make sure that you are taken care of.

This was my first visit ever to an ob-​gyn and I was very nervous. I did lots of research before coming in so I knew what to expect. The staff were very kind and very helpful. They were very understanding that I was so nervous. I like them quite a bit, they were very sweet. The office itself is a bit small and they only accept scheduled appointments, which isn’t bad. I came in today and it was pretty much empty but the staff indicated that they do get pretty busy.
Dr. Shah herself was very business like but professional. She knew this was my first visit to an ob-​gyn and made some small talk with me. She didn’t explain much to me but since I did research before I came in, I was well aware of what was going on. I like her.

Don’t waste your time… Horrible service-appointments=useless-I’d wait at least an hour eachvisit even when I was early. She would not comunicate her leaving the country and what would happen-​all my visits I’d be having to ask ask ask she would not speak at all it was ridiculous. This was for my prenatal care and I wanted her to deliver (being a female) so I could not switch when I was further a long… worst untrained unproffessional staff!!!
No care or sensitivity to pregnant women-​I wasn’t the only hating it there. Find another dr do NOT even try it here. She was great during my delivery but it was horribly ridiculous for my prenatal care-​the worst… I loved where I was going prior to her office. Dr shah seemed akward uninformed shy and very disorganized.
