I love LA Fogata. I eat there at least once a week. They also have great champurrado which is always a plus for me.

stop dont go here they reuse the food people dont eat like the salsa and the tortillas i seen it for my self on sunday 5÷22÷16 thats so fucked up i will never eat there again!!!

First time eating from here. I called and they were so busy the lady on the phone seemed frantic and in a hurry. I had to speak very fast. Then when I asked for cheese at the end, on my carne asada burritos she had already hung up on me.
The burritos had mounds of onions like they were so busy they threw in a handful and rolled it up. We had to scrape out a lot of damn onions. And I love onions.
The menudo was good. Nothing great.
That’s all I have to say really. I didn’t go pick up the food. My boyfriend went.

The reason I give this place only 2 stars is the service it’s terrible! Not so much that the waitress are rude but under staff. I really enjoy the food here but sometimes I won’t come just because of the service.

Great food! Prices are great as well. Handmade tortillas on the weekend. Ive tried several plates here and my family and co workers as well. Not 1 person has had an issue with their food. Definitely recommend it here.

We come here once a week we love their food, menudo is the best, we recommend it, we have tried a few of their dishes, food is great tortillas is a specialty we love them, place may need improvement but prices wouldn’t be low, their service could improve but its very busy it makes it feel like home I just loss my mother and this food reminds me of her cooking.

We like this restaurant. The food is always good. But customer service is lacking a bit. Their 2×2×2 pancakes, bacon and eggs are delicious & affordable. less than $ 5 :) my kids always order that. I’ve had the birria, caldo de res, and a few other dishes. The rice and beans are always good and I’m kinda picky about them. Lol I definitely think they deserve a higher rating. :) Give them a try…

This place makes pretty good food. On Sundays if you have a hangover, you bring in a pot from home, and they’ll fill up the pot with manudo. However it’s spelled.

Food is ok. THE WORST SERVICE! Don’t come here hungry! The service is slow and the waitresses are clueless! Food not worth the wait and poor service!!! Came her twice, there WONT be a third!!!

Even though we have lived just around the corner for years, my wife and I stopped by to try it out. The food was exceptional and very authentic, My favorite was the carnitas. Prepared well and very tasty. Yes, the ambience may be lacking, but service was good and waitress were very friendly, Going back tonight!

My family and I have been going to La Fogata for years. When we first found this place, their food was tasty. Their soft tacos were a good size and well prepared. That was the past.
After not going there for a while, we went once again expecting the delicious food we had always been able to purchase there. On that occasion the tamarindo drink I ordered was spoiled. After we complained to the waitress, she nonchalantly said the drink was fine.
Today, we went there for the last time. The torta I ordered was ok, but the Caldo de Res my mom ordered was tasteless and ill prepared. Please save your money and do not go to La Fogata.

I enjoy coming here during the weekends because they make handmade tortillas & menudo. The only thing is the waitresses need better their customer service skills. They are polite but when it get busy that gets thrown out the window. As a business they need to put fans or turn the air on to ventilate the place since it gets very stuffy. I would highly recommend they owners to make adjustments to the restaurant to ensure each customer is happy & returns. The food is very reasonable and yummy! I always order the burrito or La fogata plate.

We were craving tacos so we decided to come here for a quickie dinner. I just got two carnitas tacos and I thought the tacos were solid. Excellent pork flavors topped with cilantro onions and salsa verde. The chips and self serve salsa bar are great for sitting inside the restaurant. Food was good however, this place is in dire need of an extreme makeover. It needs to have renovations including new seating arrangements, new tables, hell new everything. It seems like an old burger joint turned into Mexican restaurant. I think if this place was renovated, it would definitely attract more customers.
Service was very cordial and attentive. Just one lady helping everyone out.

This place is definitely not something you’re going to miss if you dont get a chance to eat there. The food is really just ok to say the most. Prices have been increased… for what? Not quite sure since it’s nothing special.
Been here for dinner on a whim twice and both times I sat and thought to myself «what am I here». Place is like a ghost town. I always assume that it’s closed down.
I’ve seen it busy in the AM, maybe you’ll have a better experience at that time.
