Loved my photos! I am a picky person and they were nice and understanding and serviced my family well! Laura was great and I am forever happy with my photos.

My boyfriend and I came in to take some photos just so we have portraits together. The staff was great and accommodate to what we wanted. They also offered hair and makeup service which was great for someone like me who never had time to do my own makeup. The photos came out great and we were super pleased with the quality when we picked it up. We will be definitely returning for other photos in the future!

Found a groupon for this studio which already put a bad taste in my mouth.
It was a sneaky way to get a sale. It includes one photo.
When I received a voicemail to make a payment for my sisters maternity shoot I booked for her they mentioned a minimum payment with way too much exaggeration which made me feel like they were treating me like I could not afford it or if I wasn’t going to pay.
Maybe they have some clients who’ve done that, but that doesn’t make it okay to treat everyone else as if they will too.
When I called to make a payment of $ 100 rather than there $ 20 minimum they mentioned, they had me on hold for about 20 minutes because they couldn’t find any info on the shoot.
I gave them my sisters info and mine and they still seemed lost.
The lady I spoke with was unprofessional and talked to me like I was her «home girl».
I was going to leave them 2 stars when I originally began to write this review. Then today they called and said the photos needed to be picked up today or they’ll be thrown away.
For all the $ I spent with them over $ 300 they couldn’t hold them one more day so my mother could pick them up. I am in school and working still.
I will not be using them again.
We’ve already shot a new born photo shoot and the pictures are great. We got more poses and prints for almost half the price and their customer service was amazing and treated us like they were grateful for our business.
The photos came out nice from here, yes. Their customer relations is where I have an issue.

Julie is amazing! She’s very patient and very creative with my maternity photo shoot. She accommodated my requests gladly. I enjoyed my photo shoot very much that I’m thinking of going back with my newborn already. I’m so happy with how everything turned out.

they were available for a last minute appointment for me, ready when i arrived, very sweet, and made me feel very pretty during my photo session. i bought a groupon for $ 19 and figured the photo session would be reasonably priced from there. it included hair and makeup which i already had done and the costume changes i was supposed to get 3 and just used one. i was told that extra people in the pictures would be an additional charge if i bought the photos with them in it, and had i known that i wouldn’t have added the kids in (for 1 picture) which charged me an additional $ 40!!! the packages are really expensive too i liked 20 of my photos and wanted the CD of images they wanted to charge me like $ 600 for them!!! so i had to narrow it down to 5 which still was 200 plus the extra charge for my kids in the photos that i didnt even get!!! had i known i may have not come here and unfortunately i think its too pricey to return.
be prepared to spend money and make sure you have them clarify all the up charges and hidden fees.
when i asked about it after the fact they said they told me but they were definitely unclear
