Chick-fil-A

A very clean facility. Ordering area, dining area, and restrooms were immaculate. Staff were extremely friendly.

II was only in just a quick second at this location.
I have been putting it off since it opened due to the insanely long lines in the drive through that I have seen as I drive by.
This week I happen to get a notice on FB that they were having free breakfast give away all this week.
So before work I braced for the lines and swung by. There was no one. A couple cars in the parking lot and I was in and out in a flash!
Got my free little breakfast and went on my way. So for my first experience the food was FREE and tasted good.
I don’t know if I will be back right away during the crazy lunch time, but we shall see.

Having lived in the south was excited for Chik Fil A expansion here. Very disappointed in management of this location. Inconsistent portions, poor promotion management, slow service… all opposite of what I remember for Chik Fil A.

The manager and staff were very courteous and attentive. The environment was clean and inviting. Best Chick-​fil-​a I’ve been to.

Our go to family place when we need food fast. The kids enjoy the kids meals that come with fresh fruit, or applesauce Nd milk. My husband enjoys the spicy sandwich. I normally go with the number one (a battered chicken sandwich) with mayo and with fries and a lemonade. I’ve tried their grilled chicken but it’s just not as good.
The kids love the play area inside. It’s for 3 year olds and up, as there is kind of a large slide. Service is very fast but the place can get packed quickly.
I tried the ice cream, but it’s not very good. I regretted not doing the brownie a la mode, which is delicious. I’ve also tried the cookies, which are ok. You can ask for them to heat the cookies up for you which makes them warm and gooey.

This place does chicken well. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, and another order of 8 piece chicken nuggets. Chicken itself was very flavorful and the tomatoes and lettuce very fresh and colorful. No old ingredients here. The chicken nuggets were very good too. They weren’t your standard ground up garbage, these were all different shapes and sizes and had real chicken pieces. I also enjoyed that their ketchup and ranch dressing and other sauces are all in little trays rather squeeze packets. So I don’t have to pour anything out to be able to dip my nuggets or fries.
Overall I like this place. Nothing revolutionary, but chicken done well.

My family and I were big fans of Chick-​Fil-​A and were excited when this one opened earlier this month. Unfortunately, the food quality has not quite been up to par with the other Des Moines locations, although the service is great!
So far we have visited this CFA location twice since it opened, and we have had lemonade with piles of seeds at the bottom of the cup, vastly different sizes of chicken on our chicken sandwiches (like one was probably 1.5x as big as a normal one, and the other didn’t even fill up the surface area of the bun), and fries that were not quite cooked all the way through. This morning, my wife stopped by over her lunch hour for a salad, and they forgot the dressing.
I know CFA prides itself on service, but I’d rather have to deal with a less respectful staff if it means I get better food quality.

My family loves Chick Fil A and as always their service and breakfast never disappoints.

So glad to have a Chick-​fil-​A closer to work. The service was amazing, only thing better is their food!
While this place only has chicken, they do chicken very well and in many ways. My favorite thing to order is the grilled nuggets with a medium fruit cup. What other fast food places have fruit cups with blueberries, strawberries, mandarin oranges and apples?
I also loved the sit down area, they haven had a long table with benches for bigger groups.
Everything was clean, shiny and new. I can’t wait to bring more of my coworkers here!
