FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This is the second time I went in here to inquire about something. The first time I got subpar service at this location, I thought, «maybe they are just having an ‘off’ day.» Yesterday I went in to inquire about shipping something to China. Very cold responses, even somewhat rude by the «heavierset» (no disrespect) younger gentleman (there were two heavy set men working there, the younger one was who I dealt with). There was not a soul in the store, so there was no reason to treat a customer like I was wasting his time. I was more turned off by the attitude of this clerk than the cost to mail the stuff to China. After leaving Fedex, I went to the post office down the street and got friendly service at a fraction of the price. Management: take a look at how your customers are being treated. Maybe you need to hire «friendlier», more approachable staff. Otherwise you may lose some of the customer base you still have.

Most of the staff is great here, but my last couple experience here as a business has made me choice the USPS or UPS. Slowly getting disappointed hope management read this and makes some changes!

Fast and friendly service. I’ve used this location for everything from printing school projects to presentations for work. Store is clean and looks remodeled. I bet the automatic doors are great from bringing in boxes to ship out. Bathrooms are always clean each time I’m here. Staff is nice and greets you when you come in. This is one of the better locations in the area.
