I went to Lens Crafters in Springhill Mall this year, and it will my last time. The customer service is mediocre. The doctor was nice and very pleasant. The service people assisting must’ve been new because I had to go in months later to settle an issue. Really?! An eye issue! They forgot to bill me for the contact lens examine.
I will not be returning to this place!

Service is friendly, honest, and if they were a little more inexpensive would get 5 stars. I needed to replace a broken pair of glasses in a pinch and Tom and team were great.
The store wasn’t busy and it took just over an hour and In had my glasses done. I ended up picking the top-​of-​the-​line frames & lens options so it was expensive but since I wear glasses every day it’s one of those things I choose to go whole-​hog on. My vision is critical.

I went here once and have avoided this place like the plague ever since. The optometrist asked if I wanted to do a «simple procedure» that allows her «to see the back of my eye a little clearer.» I thought she was simply referring to the standard dilation procedure, but no she was not. The «simple procedure» referred to a machine that took a slightly clearer picture of the back of my eye, and she also failed to mention to me that the procedure wasn’t covered by my eye insurance. Yeah, there went $ 400.
But that is not the reason why I’ve never returned to this place. After getting my eyes checked and the new prescription ordered, I wanted them to fit the new eyeglass lenses to my old frames, as I was still satisfied with them and am hesitant of change. Well, a few days of wearing the glasses fitted with the new lenses, I returned to the store to get one of the nose pads adjusted.
In the process of adjusting the nose pads, one of the employees managed to snap off one of the nose pad arms. Oh that made me mad. Then, that same employee tries to get me to pick new frames off the store’s shelves. That made me furious. Never returned and will never stop at a LensCrafters ever again.
