It seems that when you go to a Starbucks with a drive thru it Always is little bit of an ordeal, just because your order takes twice as long as it looks like it should.

Everything is good. They seem to run out of product a lot. Don’t come at the end of the day or order anything that’s too popular.

Good location, spacious, ample seating, friendly service, serving bar needs better attention.

Used to have great service, now there’s this result annoying set of girls that talk and laugh constantly. I’ve talked to other people and they have had the same experience. They mess up the drinks constantly because they’re always talking.

I’ve been to this Starbucks numerous times and this is consistently one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I don’t think the manager there has any concept of time. I’ve also repeatedly found the half-n-half container empty. The Starbucks at Longwood(15 minutes away) is run like a well oiled machine. I don’t understand how they can be operated so differently.

This was my first time going to a Starbucks location that has a drive-thru. It was mid-day so it wasn’t too busy. The space is pretty big inside and there was also outdoor seating. The workers seem very attentive and didn’t give any attitude, which is a plus for me. The quality of my drink was alright, I mean it is Starbucks, and it always depends who makes your drinks for you. However, as a non-regular to this location, I can taste the difference in the drink I normally order at my local Starbucks. I ordered a grande iced green tea with six pumps of classic instead of the normal four. I wasn’t able to taste the green tea– it seem like they ran out of the green tea and had to dilute it with the filtered water while they were making more green tea for later on. The extra two pumps of classic overpowered the diluted green tea, if the tea wasn’t so diluted, I SHOULD have been able to taste the proportionate drink of both the green tea and sweetness.

I mean… what can ya say? It’s a Starbucks. If you like their food and drinks, and need a place to relax or get work done, you’ll have a good time. The staff are great and I’ve never had a bad drink from there(that wasn’t my fault… it took me a while to get the Starbucks ordering system down so there were times when I’d order something that I didn’t really want on accident… but even then, it was tasty!)

It is SO great to have a Starbucks in West Grove. This is a nice place to study or meet friends. There is ample seating and it is fairly large inside. There is also a drive thru, which is great at this location. The downside is that the service is pretty slow. If you’re used to going to Starbucks in cities, you’ll feel like everything is happening in excruciatingly slow motion. But in the end the coffee is exactly the high quality expected from Starbucks, so it is worth the wait.
